Reading other reviews, it’s clear many others have had similar experiences. We came as a group of 8 - we had four kids—one with autism— to celebrate my grandma birthday. The Hostess ( an overweight, red head : Vanessa) , offered a 6-person booth. When I asked for a table for all eight in a quieter spot she responded with passive-aggressive comments and repeated herself while seating us and making me feel guilty for asking for a suitable table. Her unprofessional, passive-aggressive behavior, tone and comments were hurtful and overwhelming. I had to ask, “Is there a problem?” and she walked off. I couldn’t enjoy the night. We won’t be returning

Ordered two burgers and only recieved one. Waited over an hour for the food as well. If your looking for reliable food service I'd look elsewhere!

I ordered the Jambalaya Fettuccine with baked cheese, at 11am, having previously worked for the company in the early 2000s I know my noodles, they where Old. The noodles where rubbery and easily not made the morning of, these were Fridge Noodles. secondly they barely gave any sauce, so the cooking made them Dry and entirely without life and enjoyable. I spent 4 additional dollars on a Meatball, but whatever they packed the Meat in had me Tasting Powder in my mouth with every bite, kind of like if you use too much Powder in a Ice Tea Drink, yes it's wet but all you taste is the Powder Mix. so I had Dry Rubbery Noodles, with Dry Meat with No Sauce. When I used to Order this meal it was about 17 dollars. now it's 40 with No Soul. Frankly I'm disheartened and was the finale nail on the head for the Dystopian Society we now live in. what kind of Chef Can't Deliver good Noodles. A Canadian Chef.

Came here for lunch with my mom, and I must say that Tanya is a huge asset to this restaurant! She was super attentive. Always refilling our drinks when she noticed they were low. Kind, friendly service. She's a total sweetheart. She recommended us the cheesecake with caramel sauce for dessert, and it did not disappoint! Thanks Tanya, you're awesome!

Nathan, the server was exceptional… He has a wonderful way of connecting with his customers and serving them in a super speedy hustle… Our pizza came out instantly and it’s the best one we’ve had the tropical Tropical Chicken!! What a great experience and highly recommend Nathan in the server

Just ate a meal with my family of four. Service was under par. It’s Friday, not busy at all and service was poor. Got charged for something when server spilt and I didn’t get to take home then when we FINALLY got the bill and our takeout container that was covered in someone else’s drink. YUCK!!! We pick Boston Pizza as a treat for the kids…not going to be our first pick again.
