Everything about our dining experience at Bouchon's was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything and everyone were all first class all the way.
My partner and I had dinner here tonight and we were amazed by the quality of food and service here.
I had the lapin, my partner had the rack of lamb, crème brûlée and we both had the escargot.
The lapin- the meat was juicy and the sauce was very tasty , creamy - but not too heavy, it was just right.
Rack of lamb- my partner said it was cooked to perfection as he had it medium rare and couldn’t be any happier with how it tasted.

We joined two friends we hadn't seen for many years. Our early reservation was lucky because we spent hours catching up on over a decade. This was fortunate since the kitchen was busy from 6:30 till closing. Service reflected the busy night unusual for a Tuesday so in fairness I believe they might have been short of service people given the early day of the week.
