I stopped in to grab a quick bite and asked the cashier what was inside the cruffin. She told me it had raspberries and cream, which I love so I ordered it. But when I took a bite, it was actually filled with chocolate. I was a bit disappointed since I don’t really like that flavor. I figured no big deal, I’ll just ask to switch it for the raspberry and cream one.
Turns out… they didn’t have anything with raspberry and cream at all. LOL, what?!🤣

This place is so well priced!! The food was amazing. $9 for a breakfast sandwich is almost unheard of in this economy. Our iced coffee was a bit watery but the hot one was great.

for a place named after bread, this place has the WORST most disappointing gluten free bread option. it seems lazy the way they haven’t figured out something better. like they’re stuck in 2014, this GF bread is how gf bread started and they haven’t changed it. it’s the archaic style GF bread; a yellow piece of sponge bread that falls apart, is so tiny and tastes bland. there’s been SO much advancement in gluten free bread and technology in general that i believe bread co is just pure lazy for not trying to change something they’ve had stay the same since 2016 when i first got diagnosed w celiac. i tried it again last year and the gf bread is still the same. sucks because i used to go here so frequently for the blta but the lack of care for GF bread at a place literally named bread company is kind of disrespectful and they’ve lost my business til it’s fixed.

Fantastic bakery and café. Always hits the spot when I need a good breakfast or lunch. Their bread is freshly baked and crusty, delicious, and their sandwich menu is solid. Coffee is good, the staff are friendly, and the vibe is okay. But it’s worth coming back anyway.

Very nice spot with great atmosphere. Went for a couple of loaves of fresh bread and very satisfied. Organic multigrain and old world.

Service was terrible. They got our order wrong at cash then fixed it and then we waited 25 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches which they then told us we only paid for 1. I had the receipt and it was 2. Pandosy location is so much better. Lacking nice staff and good customer service. Third time experiencing mess ups at this location. Please do better and don’t accuse customers on your own mistakes.

Have eaten here before fortunately the service and the food has degraded not up to the standard it was before… Compared to some of the others downtown Kelowna not a place I’d come back to

Our first and last visit to this location as we came by for some fresh bread and pastries. The girl at the counter was not friendly. She sounded annoyed that I was asking about their baked goods (we wanted to get a bunch). Turns out she just wasn’t knowledgeable either so we just grabbed a couple things and left. We felt very rushed to hurry and get out.

The food is amazing, the service is perfect, and the location is lovely. The relaxed patio is a great little people watching spot. The portobello vegetarian sandwich (can also be vegan) is one of the best I have every had. Perfect texture and flavor and fills you up fast. Also the quinoa salad was delicious and I hate quinoa, so that's truly something special. Will visit again when next in Kelowna.

A must-stop in Kelowna! Wow Bread Co is truly amazing.

The pastries are fresh, colorful, and full of flavor—easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Each bite tastes like it was made with care.

This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. I’ll always make a stop here whenever I’m passing through Kelowna!
