“Graham was our server on October 12th 2024. He was the best server I've ever had. Friendly, kind and patient with my kids (4&7)when they spoke to order their own meal. Took our order promptly but not pushy with understanding to some indecisiveness. Brought our teas so quick and even refilled our hot water later when he realized we'd finished our cup.
Attention to detail. Lovely experience.

For the longest time, years even, we bypassed i-Hop as we thought it was for lease and just hanging in there. How wrong we were til I finally asked. The sign should be moved!!! We’ll be back soon. “

“A few friends and I gathered at the Pür & Simple location in Central Kelowna, and the experience was delightful. Together, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the modern, yet simple breakfast/lunch places in Kelowna. Their coffee was delicious and so were the meals. Overall, I would highly recommend any visitor coming to Kelowna to check out this place if you are looking for a simple, modern dining experience.“
