The service was exceptional and the atmosphere on their patio is beautiful. Something changed from last year to this year (2025) to their menu and quality of food. Gone is the lamb burger, salmon burger, and tuna poke bowl. Now it is basic take out food and not good at all. Brookside please bring back your menu from last summer! In the meantime, I won’t be eating there again.

Very clean looking, however I can’t comment on the food because we received no service. We were the only people sitting inside and not on the patio. I Retrieved the menus for our table. Servers walked by several times but still no one acknowledged us after sitting for 10 minutes. Walked out…Disappointing

We all had a great time last night, Saturday Aug 17th. The food was great and the service was good. The music (Glory Days) was fantastic and it was nice to get up and dance.

Excellent food. The lamb burger is the best. Salmon pasta also delicious, very generous portion too. Best beer in town - the original Czech Pilsner Urquell on tap. Pleasant staff, relaxed atmosphere and great bartender.

We recently had a meal here after playing a round of golf. Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible! We waited 45 minutes for our food, and all the owner had to say was a lame 'I'm sorry for your experience'. That's it. She didn't seem to care at all. Our guess was that they're busy enough from golfers coming in to eat that they don't need to care about poor service. We won't eat there again, and we won't hesitate to share our negative experience with others. We both have plenty of experience in hospitality, and recognized that they were busy, however kindness and care for the customer goes a long way, which they did not demonstrate at all.

Warm welcome from the barman. Our waitress was initially a bit crusty, but warmed up when she discovered we only bit the food. The lamb burger was disappointing, lacked taste. Fish and chips and the nachos were good. The beer was cold. The fries were excellent. We were able to sit out on the patio on a warm summer day. We were not rushed. Definitely worth visit.
