I am celiac and I felt heard when ordering and dining here!Our server Bailey was very diligent in checking labels of products in the kitchen (icecream, bellini mix) and let me know if it said that it was processed in the same facility as gluten. They were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and I felt well looked after and safe. Happy to say, I did not get glutened!!!! Great food, great service. One of the only places in town my gf can consistently get a properly cooked steak that isn't very fatty. So far we have not been disappointed. Keep up the great work Brown's socialhouse team!

Food is really delicious, service is great, nice atmosphere, we go here quite often for family get togethers. We all love it. I don't really go for the dessert options, as they are few, but I'm usually too full for dessert anyway.Vegetarian options: I love their nachos, I get the quesadilla without the chicken. There are more options and you could always modify yourself by asking them not to put the meat or fish in.Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options available.

My experience was excellent overall and the Southwest Rice Bowl was absolutely delicious! I would definitely order it again.
Left to sit for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the server. Table filthy. Water served in glassware was filthy. Server was more than useless and not welcoming in any way. Walked out. Stark difference from the Coquitlam Browns where the restaurant is clean and the team more than happy to create a positive experience. Do better Kelowna Browns!

Have been to Brown's before and always enjoyed their excellent "bowls". Had a tip to try out their "Alaska Highway gravy" with some fries, and having grown up in the North I was curious enough to do so ... and it is good, good, good (worth the extra charge)! I'm a pretty good gravy-maker myself, and this definitely ranks high ... and my burger was great, too. ?

Terrible slow service, food cameAnd it wasn’t the dish we ordered. We ordered a simple and plain pasta and butter. Came out wrong. Usually they compliment the bill for mixed up , nothing not a sorry.
