Root beer milkshake was good, fries were mediocre (portion size was good though) but the cheeseburger burger was not what I remember... beef patty was very small, only covering about 80% of the bun that was dry as cardboard (seemed like it was freezer burnt or just stale) despite being drowned in ketchup.
I definitely won't be going back, which is unfortunate, as this was one of my favorite fast food joints growing up as a kid.

The poorly lit, very small men’s washroom hasn’t been mopped in god knows how long, it was like walking on glue from the you know what. And smelled obviously. The restaurant was also dirty and the service poor, food was, well take a guess…

Pretty disappointed with our experience here. Service was pretty poor. We ordered, sat down got our drinks, my drink came with a hair closed in the lid floating in my drink 🥴 I brought it up to the till and she exchanged it for a new one. Then our food came we joked that there would be a hair in my burger too and surprise surprise… I lifted my burger bun up to reveal a short black hair.. with the folicle 🥴🤢 on top of the lettuce. No one in my family has black hair so it was without a doubt not ours especially since it was already lodged in the burger. We brought it up and requested a refund for my burger combo which we did receive. The cashiers seemed pretty unapologetic or even shocked by this. My sister could see in the kitchen and saw no one was wearing a hair net, she then questioned the cashier that shouldn’t hairnets be required in this type of industry. the cashier shrugged and said “yeah I guess we probably should wear one”. Although service was pretty poor my family who did get their food with no hair said it was pretty good. So I guess just be cautious and check ur food before taking a sip or bite out of your food from burger barron…😬

This is single handedly the greatest restaurant to ever do it, it’s classic and been here forever, the workers make me feel welcome as they call me the fry guy make jokes and even flip my milkshakes! wonderful service and wonderful food! I leave here every time feeling better than when I came in.

A Kelowna staple, and absolutely the best customer service around. This is the closest thing you can get to a true Canadian burger joint, with a rich appreciation for Okanagan culture. The food, as well as the pricing is fantastic. Portion sizes as well for what you pay make it quite worth the visit. Come here, Kelowna!

Just had fries and a milkshake. The shake was awesome and the fries were good. The service was friendly. Restroom was clean late in the afternoon. The place looks like an old shack but it didn't affect us as we got our orders to go.

First time here but probably won’t be back. I ordered a kids cheese burger (just cheese) it came with onions and ketchup and pickles. Our burgers had so much baron sauce in them we couldn’t taste the burger and the fries were so seasoned our lips were wrinkling. We were asked if we wanted some condiments in the bag and we said yes to ketchup and it wasn’t in the bag and no napkins.
