This place needs serious improvement — starting with the building itself. It’s extremely old and clearly hasn’t been renovated from years. I went yesterday 2:45PM. My burgers missing pickles. Fries tasted terrible, oily and stale. Burger meat did not look broiled. I saw it being cooked on a flat grill. The manager kept yelling and telling employees to focus only on drive-thru. Lobby customers were standing around.

0 Star – Very Disappointed I went this store monday ordered around 3:15pm whopper meal and I am very disappointed with my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The food was the worst I have ever had. The fries and burger smelled very bad and tasted even worse. It seems like the cooking oil was old and not changed for a long time. The quality was very poor and not safe-looking. Customers were waiting for so long, and the lady manager was not able to handle the situation properly. She was also very rude to customers, which made the experience even worse. I hope the management takes this seriously. The food quality and customer service need immediate improvement.

I started going again to BQ every other month… this is the 6th month today. WOW horrible! The burger was half on the bun, the ketchup was sloppily put on the opposite side, I asked no onions - there were lots on my whopper, fries were okay but the deep fryer needs to be cleaned and the Sprite was water! Literally water! I returned it and got Root beer, which was half water too! Omg seriously that’s the only fizzy drink I have as a treat and this was more than disappointing today. Never going back. I’ll stick to White Spot for my treat day because at least they have consistency and their product is always good. It’s more expensive, but I hate being dissatisfied like this 😢

Sat at the bar with a co-worker. I don't know if this is a new restaurant or just new staff but the service was terrible. Food was good but the girl serving us had zero idea how to tend to people at the bar. Did not clear a single glass, bottle or dish throughout the entire night. I would rather play frogger and attempt to cross the busy street to go to Joey's rather than going there again.

I came in one morning during breakfast, and to my surprise, instead of having to wait and pick up my food myself, a pale Asian manager personally brought it over to my table.
It really made me happy especially as a senior! She seemed new, but her service was excellent.

Look at this burger. I am so excited to eat this burger. By the waay, this resto is not bad at all. Though the store looks old but it's cleaner and compared to the last time I visited.
On food strawberry lemonade is good, mozza good burger warm but in general i give it 4 rating for the burger.
Location is concenient with lots of parking. Let's give burger king a try.

Went there simply for the how to train your dragon meal, the whole meal. Only got the burger and some fries. Unbelievable.
Me and my husband had lunch at Burger King-Kelowna at Harvey branch on May 31,We ordered the famous Whooper burger combo with Fries. and guess what ,my Whooper Burger is huge with fresh ingredients and most of all served hot! I love the flame grilled taste of their burgers ,delicious!
The restaurant especially the dining area is clean and well maintained and spacious too.It’s a great place to have your family or friends for a burger cravings and chat since it’s quite place too. I must say the staffs and the Store manager are also exceptionally friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with a warm friendly smile upon entering and ordering our food, it feels good to get that positive vibe while enjoying your burger meals. Overall, my experience in that BK location is excellent! Would love to go back here again and again to get my best Whooper burger in town.

Very bad behaviour of store manager with their employees i have heard while sitting in the lobby the way she talks to employees like they are her slaves. This is very bad and rude also against human rights I will talk to your head management i if see this again.

This used to be so good in my opinion for a fast food place. I used to work there while going to school (25 years ago now 🙈 but even so the quality should be the same as that time to now.... consistency...) It's gone down hill for sure. I was in line for quite a while inside and there had been fries on the shoot where burgers go down to be expedited. And they had been there for quite a while a while and the employee dumped them back into the fresh fries to be re mixed up. Thats a code violation for sure. And I'm not sounding rude but I could not understand the people working there. My order was messed up (no pickles when supposed to be extra, add cheese and bacon but was only correct on 1 of three burgers. And literally NO LETTUCE on any of the burgers) I decided to just cme home because I couldn't be bothered to make it right. And unfortunately I won't be back and it's sad because this is my favorite fast food burger place in town. 🤷🏼♀️

Probably the worst place in kelowna the inside of the store front was absolutely disgusting, and the bathrooms even worse! Both urinals not in working order... now let's get down to the food!!! Absolutely horrendous food nothing was fresh or hot and the service was beyond terrible I dont know how this out fit stays in business with probably the worst tasting cold food , and I have ever had! EVER! Customer service well you won't get that at all i would suggest eat somewhere else cause or throw your money away, I left hungry couldn't eat the food
