So i order chicken sandwich and it wasn't wrapped properly and while i was taking it out from the bag it messed up. the lady at the drive thru be like be anyhow you have to open it so that's why it was like this. Makes no sense. Instead accepting their mistake or being apologies she be it's always like this and it's your job to take it out carefully.

I had some time before my movie so I went here and eat. The place is not what I expected as the one in West Kelowna is good. This one is not well maintained. Although the place is old (not renovated) but the fact that it is not even keep clean properly, I think there is really a problem here. The drink station is being wiped when I took my order (thankfully). The service was fast as I am the only customer (plus 2 people in the lobby) when I arrived. The food was poorly prepared. It seems the chicken fingers was fried again or too old coz its dried. Even the burgers was a bit cold. Considering they don’t have much customers, I think they could improve on their quality to gain more people.The washroom was even worse. I went inside and saw how poorly it was maintained. There is even a foul smell coming from the sewage.

The burgers were cold, like the meat had been cooked the day before and served to us in our take out. Very dissapointed as l have never had a cold burger previous to this one.You won’t be getting my buisness from now on.
I love whoppers, but lately your service and food is absolute garbage it took me 4 trys to get a burger that didn't have rotting vegetables in it or completely stone cold what the hell is going on in there do you even cook them or is it just a warm water bath, your service is just awful Maybe your staff should be trained betterDoit right the first time !!
