Horrible and rude staff. Fish is mediocre at best. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you so much for hen pecking Scott eats. That was the funniest thing I've seen today on Youtube. He's an oddball and inconsiderate.

If you want fish that tastes like rubber this is the place to go, I'm not completely sure it was even fish, I honestly would not feed this stuff to my Dog, completely wasted my time and money, I could never recommend this place to anyone.

The fries were great! They were able to tell me the exact ingredients in my meal so I could stay away from allergens, which I greatly appreciated! The fish didn't quite meet the standard I expected when their sign said "the best fish & chips in town".

Got kicked out after ordering All You Can Eat for "eating too much". LOL!. The owner is a joke.

I got the takeout deal. The fish was very less seasoned and the fries tasted like potatoes. I'm brown so I like a bit of spice. Servers were nice.

I live in the area and was going to try it. Then I saw a video on YouTube (Scott eats)of someone getting kicked out. I’ll make sure none of my friends go here. He is actually promoting the business with over 20 k views. A lot of fish and chips restaurants around here.

Worst fish n chips ever. We have tried this location twice in the past 3 mos and the fish they claim is halibut. Is so thick and dry my mom who is a fisherman’s daughter said that is not halibut they are using. And those chips are the worst we’ve ever tasted even from a good truck I’ve had better. Service was pretty rough too. Kinda truck stop environment.

Worst c lovers I've ever had. I came from the lower mainland so I expected a chain to be a safe nice option. The batter was super thin, fish over cooked and dry, one piece specifically smelled VERY fishy, and I had cannon butt after words. It was my girlfriends first time at c-lovers, and last time at c-lovers. Extremely disappointed we wasted almost 50 dollars on fish poisoning. The waiters are all nice and stuff, but wow, the food was the worse I've ever had from c lovers. The fish should be moist and hot, with a nice coating of batter...not some thinner than tempura paper coating on over cooked cod.Avoid this location at all costs. Spend the extra 2 dollars or so and go to a more locally owned place. Not a chain with zero consistency.

If there was a zero rating- I would give that. Had a few fries from my daughter's plate and was scolded very loudly by the owner.Completely rude. No customer service. Had to leave with daughter while her Dad finished his meal. You should never talk to customers the way you did.Lost 3 customers. Way to go.

It had been many years since I was in Kelowna and I could not get fish & chips out of my mind. I found this nifty little spot on Tripadvisor and I was glad I stopped in. I had a paper to get through and while I did not avail myself of the all you can eat option, many around me did. I was fascinated by how attentive my server was to all of the seniors that were obviously there for the never ending portions and something about that just made me happy. The chips were not double fried and the tartar sauce seemed average but these were minor issues. I left very satisfied!

This is hands down the best fish and chips place in Kelowna. Growing up at the ocean one develops an expectation that all fish should be fresh. This is unfortunately not the case in Canada. The fish here is always fresh. They have the fish to batter ratio dialled in perfectly. Most places often add way too much batter. The price point is unbeatable for Kelowna. Service is amazingly fast for such fresh fish. My go to is haddock.
