Threw out a full roasted milk bubble tea. Pearls had no flavor, coconut jelly was alright but the tea itself was horrible. I love roasted milk tea but this tasted like it was made from powder and not brewed. Service was not good either. Lady Never smiled, never made eye contact and hovered over the payment pad to ensure a tip was coming. Never coming back. Steer clear

so i guess substituting a topping costs an extra $2??? even when im not askin for the initial topping but just asking for it to be switched out? sounds like a scam.
there is no “no pearls” option, which is why i left you a note, so im sorry about that, i checked. sure your prices are the lowest in town, but honestly all the places sound like scams too trying to make boba $10. i moved from Vancouver so still trying to get used to the boba math you guys got going on here.

Solid place to get bubble tea, whilst it isn’t my personal favourite spot I now many people who would consider it the best.
Prices are quite reasonable and staff were so nice, recommend to get a drink there when in the mall!

Roasted milk tea tastes just like regular milk tea and very diluted. Grass jelly does not taste like grass jelly. Match is also very diluted. Bubble waffle is not crispy at all! They rolled it up and put it in the bag too soon. Overall everything is very mild and lacks flavor. Disappointing experience.
