I would give 0 stars but google wouldn’t let me. I ordered the Carolina BBQ beef sandwich, $16. It was so nasty tasting I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it out because it was completely disgusting. I told the two ladies at the counter that it didn’t taste good and they suggested that maybe it was me because other people like it. And sure only the two other people I was with both tried it and thought the same thing. I will never eat at this chain again and would 100% not recommend it unless you want to just give them your money. Here is some advice to the owner/manager. Train your staff in customer service and try the nasty sauce you call BBQ sauce. The meat was like stew meat soaked in vinegar.

Had the turkey ranch bagel. Bagel was warm and had great texture. Minimal toppings-lettuce was limp and not many tomatoes

What an awesome surprise!
My wife and I popped into Chachi’s at the mall in Kelowna just looking for a quick bite—and wow, the food totally blew us away. Honestly didn’t expect it to be that good! Everything was super fresh, full of flavour, and you could tell they actually care about what they’re making.
It was such a nice little find in the middle of the mall. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re here. So glad we gave it a try!

Chachi's used to be the most amazing place for gourmet Mac and Cheese. I hadn't gone there for the longest time. I ended up going there last week and I was shocked, not only did they take a huge amount of options off of the menu, they changed the type of cheese they used, it tastes like a Velveeta type of cheese. They went downhill, so fast! I was so sad that they decided to change things. The sizes are ridiculous too, the small is super tiny and the large is huge! The comparison does not make sense! I was so disappointed all the way around. It's too bad. They used to be incredibly amazing!!! NOT ANYMORE!!! I couldn't even finish mine, and I got the small, which is only about 6 bites total!! I am so disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at chachi's in orchard Park mall, and I want to give a big shootout to sandy! She was super friendly, kind, And Made me feel very welcome. Her customer service was outstanding - she was patient, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. She really cares about the customers and take pride in her work. I will definitely come back again because of her great service. Sandy is a great asset to your team!

I came to canada for vacations from usa newyork and i tried Chachi's sandwich umm its so delicious and the girl who is working she is so nice and friendly. I wish they have a store in newyork so i can eat sandwiches once a week. 😋
