I am from Turkey where we drink lots of tea, when I came here for the first time the lack of anyone's interest in tea and the lack of places that serve good tea. Chai Baba thus became my favorite place in Kelowna. The people are great, the tea is great and the shop is extremely cozy.

Walking into this sweet little tea store is a feeling of oasis!! Kind and caring staff and delicious aromas fill the cozy space with warmth and welcome. Great for gifts or something to enjoy for myself. So glad they are there in downtown Kelowna on Ellis street where I like to go for walks, ice skating, to return library books, meet friends for coffee etc.

My 8yr old daughter and I tried your specialty tea Caramel Apple it was devine! she doesn't usually drink tea but we both really enjoyed this blend! we highly recommend you go in and try this cup of tea! The best way to drink tea is using chibaba tea!

I'm thrilled with the teas I bought, and even more thrilled because the staff introduced me to hojicha matcha -- absolutely delicious, my new obsession to get me through the winter. Christina always has such a calm gentle welcome each time I’ve visited her divine tea boutique. She’s gone over and above more times than I can remember. Today, she custom made me a tea she thought I’d like, I took one tiny sip and went on my way… only for me to return with an empty cup, not because I drank it - but because it accidentally spilled. I brought myself, along with my disappointment, and she remade my drink. “I’m not going to charge you”, with a smile.
