Not happy with the customer service in your deli the past few years. The lady named Latoya is absolutely atrocious! Her snotty attitude, blatant rudeness. Ignoring you as she’s not serving any ppl and stand there. She spots you but just ignores you and when you say hi, could I get some help.? She snarls at you what do ya want.!!! What an attitude!! Then practically hucks the salad or product at you. Wth? Why would you keep an employee like that on staff there, Patrick? Management/Owner? I’m obviously not the first person she’s pulled her stinky attitude on? Be better Choices & pick better CHOICES of your staff that is frontline customer service in your store. Or I’m going elsewhere after 20 plus years of being a customer!

Great organic meat and produce. I know its not choices, but If the owner of the plaza could get rid of the crack heads that hang out in the parking lot I would go more often.

It's a good place to shop for food if you'd live on Spall

This is the third time I have visited this store, and I am writing this review to offer helpful feedback rather than to criticise. The store itself is impressive—expansively stocked with something for nearly everyone. The prepared foods are unique and inviting, while the grocery section caters to a wide variety of needs. The wellness section, in particular, offers a wide array of health products that can support anyone in starting or enhancing their healthy lifestyle.

That said, I have some observations that I believe could be improved. Across all three visits, I have sensed that the atmosphere created by the staff feels less than welcoming. Smiles, casual conversations, and a touch of humour—which often make a shopping experience more enjoyable—seem to be missing. For example, on two separate occasions, I sensed irritation from staff at the prepared foods section when asked queries about how certain items were made or whether they contained specific ingredients. It was not so much the words they used, rather the way those words landed, which created disappointed.

On my most recent visit, I sought assistance in the wellness section. The individual who helped me appeared to lack accurate knowledge of the products. Rather than providing reliable information, they shared personal opinions, some of which contradicted the correct details about the product. Considering the specialised nature of this section, I believe it is reasonable to expect staff to have at least a basic understanding of the products and their intended uses.

This store has so much potential. Small adjustments in staff training and an emphasis on creating a more positive and knowledgeable customer experience could make all the difference. Thank you kindly for taking the time to consider the experience I had.

Chicken noodle from the deli is horrible

Used to love it here but it's sooo overpriced, staff are super unfriendly and what on earth is up with the aisle signs? They're supposed to make it easier to glance and read what the aisle has but it's in a handwritten italic? Please fire whoever made this decision lol

Used to love shopping here, but have bought expired items (one over a year past it’s date) twice in the last few months.

Good service and selection

Good products, but I gave my bag to her and she left it for us to do. I just got back from the US, and let me tell you, the service is so much better!! No sense of community or customer service at all with the young girl in the mask and gloves!!
