The service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced in my life. We got here at 6:30 ish and haven’t even been checked on for over an hour. We are hungry and no restaurant should EVER let their customers wait over an hour for simple service. We are appalled.

The service was lacking. Didn’t ask if we wanted a drink, or check in on how the food was. Food was not great. Chicken dry, hard and chewy. The udon was flavourless and sauce was watery. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious, but this is definitly a spot I'd stick to for takeout. Unfortunately, the ambiance left a lot to be desired. Being greeted by a staff member wearing casual grey sweatpants didn't set the best impression, and overhearing another server chatting with friends about clubbing and 'sneaky links' felt unprofessional and off putting. Great food but the dining experience didn't match the quality of the kitchen.

CM Kitchen deserves a solid 10/5 for the amazing experience we had! From the moment we sat down, everything exceeded our expectations. The chicken we ordered was absolutely perfect, crispy on the outside, yet soft and juicy on the inside. The miso soup was flavourful and comforting, and the sushi & chicken combo is honestly a must try, it had the perfect balance and left us more than satisfied.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented. She made sure we were well taken care of the entire time, and you could really feel how much she enjoys making guests happy. That level of service makes such a huge difference.
The only thing I’d point out is that the place feels a little outdated. A few renovations or updates would definitely help CM Kitchen stand out even more against other Korean restaurants in the area.
Still, with the food, service, and overall experience, CM Kitchen easily gets a 10/5 from me. Big kudos to the management for building such a great team and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to family and friends!

I've been coming to this place for quite some time now! It's always consistently good food and service. We were able to bring our kids and they loved it too. They're very quick to get the food out to your table, which is great. I really enjoy having the option to sit outside during the nicer months as well. We will always come back :)
