The food was absolutely delicious, but this is definitly a spot I'd stick to for takeout. Unfortunately, the ambiance left a lot to be desired. Being greeted by a staff member wearing casual grey sweatpants didn't set the best impression, and overhearing another server chatting with friends about clubbing and 'sneaky links' felt unprofessional and off putting. Great food but the dining experience didn't match the quality of the kitchen.

CM Kitchen deserves a solid 10/5 for the amazing experience we had! From the moment we sat down, everything exceeded our expectations. The chicken we ordered was absolutely perfect, crispy on the outside, yet soft and juicy on the inside. The miso soup was flavourful and comforting, and the sushi & chicken combo is honestly a must try, it had the perfect balance and left us more than satisfied.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-oriented. She made sure we were well taken care of the entire time, and you could really feel how much she enjoys making guests happy. That level of service makes such a huge difference.
The only thing I’d point out is that the place feels a little outdated. A few renovations or updates would definitely help CM Kitchen stand out even more against other Korean restaurants in the area.
Still, with the food, service, and overall experience, CM Kitchen easily gets a 10/5 from me. Big kudos to the management for building such a great team and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to family and friends!

I've been coming to this place for quite some time now! It's always consistently good food and service. We were able to bring our kids and they loved it too. They're very quick to get the food out to your table, which is great. I really enjoy having the option to sit outside during the nicer months as well. We will always come back :)

Recent moved from Kamloops to Kelowna and as we loved the CM Chicken there we thought of ordering from the Kelowna outlet. Ordered the food ..got undercooked chicken, big chunks rather than small bite-size pieces, Negligible sauce, and felt like waste of money. Thought of giving them one more chance, placed an order. Give them the feedback of my previous order and it was absolutely delicious. Just the following day I order the same again and When I go to pick up my order, they say these are special requests and hence they will need to charge me $3 extra without any prior intimation when the order was placed. This is absolutely betrayal of customer service for someone who has been patronising the brand for so long. No wonder their Google rating is so far below as compared to the one in Kamloops which is so far better. I would never recommend them. If you are looking for good food and service, don’t waste your time visiting the CM Chicken Kelowna location.

Very pathetic experience. It was my daughter 6th bday and we visited this place for dinner and ordered the food. My daughter was too excited and hungry. After waiting for 30 mins when i finally asked them the status of our order their reply was “oh sorry we forgot to place your order into the kitchen”. This is completely negligence and unprofessional. They spoiled our evening.. very very bad experience
