The bread and goodness goodies are always incredibly delicious and fantastic. Today the server was not very festive or pleasant. First time ever we felt a little uncomfortable at the store. Normally the staff go out of their way to make it an outmost pleasant experience just buying bread ,like being part of the cobs family. A little disappointed. You guys could do better. Hopefully it’s a one off. Should always have the sample area stocked. I want my review to be more precise: I love cobs bread. The young people who work the all go out of their way to make a pleasant experience. The stock samples are always full and if not they’ll go out of their way to give you something. Today it was an older gentleman with no care in the world. The store was not even overly crowded. His uniform was filthy and he’s actually had a scowl on his face, like I don’t care to be here. The other patrons were trying to get served by a delightful smallish young girl trying her best to make a great experience for everyone but she was definitely overrun cutting bread and giving her upmost dedication to each customer as humanly possible. The bread and all the goodies are above expectations and 100%fantastic and beautiful displayed. Five stars on food. Service and atmosphere should have got 1 tiny star. I’ll return on my weekly shopping at cobs because it’s exceptional. I hope management rectify this gruppy, scroooge especially during Christmas but not acceptable at any time. Strive for success and all the customers will appreciate it. If you’re not happy and not willing to give your company 100% take a day off. We actually all have bad days but use better judgement and return when you have a genuine smile and give100.% and your customer will appreciate it and always return. The lemon blueberry scones were so good!! My daughter also got a free birthday cinnamon bun and it was yummy. The customer service was also superb. I highly recommend! This was our first, but definitely not our last visit!

Went this past Sunday and had an absolutely terrible experience. We live in Calgary but went to visit my sister in law in Kelowna so on the way we stopped to grab some buns as we do love Cobbs Bread in general. Customer service was non existent, this girl who served me was extremely slow, stopped half way to listen to her colleagues discussing how some things worked differently in another location. She took over 10 min to pass a lady 3 pieces of bread in front of me. Then moved onto me and did not even acknowledge the wait, I asked for 10 hot dogs buns which she squeezed into 1 bag. I was planning on buying cinnamon buns and some other pastry but after this visit I have decided not to. I feel bad for leaving this review but I hope management can do something towards improving their staff.

Cob's Bread is awesome. The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate- and the very atmosphere of the bakery is warm and inviting. Disregarding all this, The food alone is enough to warrant at least four stars if not more. If you're looking for a quick snack then let me suggest the Lemon Blueberry Scone- Its stellar.
The best! Made fresh daily. Their sourdough bread is terrible addicting.

Absolutely loved the bread—fresh, soft on the inside with the perfect crust! Every bite tasted homemade and comforting. I also received a cinnamon bun as a birthday gift, and it made my day—sweet, fluffy, and just the right amount of cinnamon. Thoughtful service and amazing quality. Highly recommend!
