We ended up buying oysters during spawning season, they came out creamy and we weren’t happy with them. After speaking with the owner however, he explained why they were that way and offered to ship us a fresh order of different oysters for free. Jon is a very nice man who really cares for his customers. We were super impressed and will definitely be buying from him from now on.
