I can’t say enough good things about Codfather’s Seafood Market. If you care about quality seafood, this is the place to go. Everything they offer is either fresh or previously frozen, which is exactly what you want because it means sushi-grade quality you can trust. No shortcuts, no questionable product—just clean, high-quality fish handled the right way.
The selection is fantastic, and you can immediately tell they take pride in what they sell. I’m especially excited to go back and pick up some salmon and ahi tuna—perfect for sashimi, poke bowls, or a top-tier home-cooked meal. This is the kind of seafood you feel confident serving to family and friends.
What really sets Codfather’s apart, though, is the customer service. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, whether you’re a seasoned cook or just learning your way around seafood. As a bonus, they’ll even give me salmon scraps for my dog, which is such a thoughtful touch and shows how much they care about their customers (and their four-legged companions).
If you’re looking for premium seafood, honest quality, and great service all in one place, Codfather’s Seafood Market is a no-brainer. Highly recommended—I’ll be a repeat customer for a long time.
Picked up some oysters to shuck at home. Amazing quality and super fresh!! Will be back for more :)
I bought 4 crab cakes and was very disappointed. A lot of bread and dill and little crab in the mixture. I think the recipe could be improved.
After spending $26 I was massively disappointed. 2 tiny bits of fish and hardly any chips. Place has to get a grip! What a waste of money.
The worst fish and chips i have ever had all comes from a box it taste so bad ,did not complained just paid and got out of there ,the fries were out of a bag and some were over cooked and some were not done ,the fish batter was not cooked to a golden brown I will not go back there
Impressed
Steelhead and Tuna
Super fresh.
Love coming here.
The staff are fantastic, the options are always fresh and they will always recommend the best option when you’re unsure.
Has excellent products. My wife is Celiac and there is a small dedicated Gluten-free restaurant called “ Broken Anchor cafe” for the most excellent fish and chips. This restaurant is attached to the seafood store. The seafood store has four varieties of smoked candied salmon. Top quality and a great find.
Really great moment , the ousters and the fish & chips was really good

Yummy fish
The best place to go for any and all seafood! Truly top notch service, very helpful with all the questions I had, they helped me find great options for a really good dinner within my budget for my Grandpa's 85th birthday! ♡ I could not recommend this place more!
Edit: Some photos from the dinner! It was a big hit! He absolutely loved it ♡
Extrodinary seafood
Love that they list the communities their stock comes from.
10/10 oysters and 10/10 customer service. I went in with the goal of shucking oysters for the first time and the person at the counter was so, so friendly and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be back (I’m basically an oyster shucking pro now, no big deal) and can’t recommend Codfather’s highly enough!
