Service was not good and staff were not helpful/rude when it came to flights of beer, beer was warm and nothing to write home about when in comparison to other craft breweries. The atmosphere had no soul like a chain fastfood restaurant. I heard nothing but good things about this place but me and my friend were very disappointed and paid our bill and left. Maybe it was just bad day to be in there.

We had a great afternoon here!! Great beers and even better food, the Chicken Sandos are amazing, as are the poutines!! Also, they have classic video games in the booths and they are an authorized Lego dealer and sell sets to build right on site. Also, lots and lots of board and card games. Great place!

Tawnya was so helpful and kind! She even brought us an extra tester. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for her—she’s full of all the wisdom you need! 😁

I won a brewery tour here in a silent auction. I contacted Jenny and she set everything up for us. We had a great tour with 8 guys, then stayed for a delicious lunch. Great vibes, beers, and service! Thanks Copper crew!

We stopped in for a quick dinner at Copper Brewing tonight while waiting for the kids, and overall it was a mixed experience. My husband’s chicken sandwich was excellent, and my wings came with a side salad that was really good. Unfortunately, the salt and pepper wings themselves were extremely salty — I had to pick off the batter on the first one and shake/brush off the next few just to eat them. I even had my husband try one, and he agreed they were far too salty.

When our server came by to ask how everything was, I mentioned that most of the food was great but the wings were incredibly salty. Her response was, “Well, you ate half of them, so I’ll give you a slight discount. Do you want any more?” She then removed about five untouched wings from the table, which I wasn’t super impressed with.

That said, Copper Brewing still has excellent beer and a great atmosphere. We enjoy coming here and will definitely be back — just probably not ordering the wings again. Hoping next time is more in line with the great experiences we’ve had before.

Copper brewing goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Our family went to one of their Lego nights and they facilitated us having a booth saved so our 9 and 11 year old daughters could play the video games, draw, play cards, and have some great tasting appetizers, all the while, building some awesome Lego! The staff is polite, officiant and kind. A great atmosphere for a family night out. Thanks Copper!

Happened across this little brewery and it has a wonderful atmosphere with a separate front kitchen dining experience called Porter. (I think) The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was hot and extremely flavourful. I had the brisket beef dip and husband had the giant southern fried chicken Sammy with a very tasty side salad. I felt the portions were perfect without feeling over-stuffed. Would definitely return to try some more of their menu choices.

Very nice brewery, nice patio. Staff was very quick and friendly. Beer was awesome. We did 2 set of flights and liked all of them. Food was delicious! Well recommended. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Beer is good, nothing stood out to me. Food is rather overpriced for what you get. The video games are fun to play solo or with friends.

Came to Beers & Bricks tonight and had an absolutley incredible time! The staff were amazing and super friendly making us feel welcome. When we got there the table they had set up was small but they did an amazing job giving us two extra chairs and moving us to one of the booths when it became available. In addition we had called ahead and they were informed that I am on the autism spectrum, when we got there they were super accomodating even offering to move us to a table next door in Porter's if at any point it became too loud. Our server, Carey-Ann was also amazing and super kind, checking in on us often to see how the food was and check out the LEGO set and the progress we had made. Overall it was an amazing evening and we will definitley be back again!

Last week, I specifically went to Copper Brewing for a meal I saw posted on social media, it looked so yummy!
I ordered the dish which came with a side of fries, I also ordered a side salad as an extra!
When the dish arrived the pasta was under cooked, and fries were cold, but I only mentioned the pasta being under cooked! Was hungry and on a time crunch, so ate the fries and of course my salad
Server did not come check in for the meal for a bit, and as I was sitting outside I waited for her to come back out!
When I explained the issue, she offered to have it remade, again I was on a time crunch and disappointed bc I especially came for this meal!
They came back with the bill, charged me for the fries that came with meal, and took off only the pasta! Charged me $8 for the side that came with the meal that was not properly cooked!
It’s not about the money it is about the ethics of the restaurant and food quality!
I won’t be back!

Terrible food, how can you burn and undercook pickles at the same time? Also who messes up poutine?! Place looks nice and beer is good, the food was awful. I don’t think we will be back. Very disappointing.

I had the wings and they were not very good. The Pilsner and English Ale were mediocre. Looked like a fun place for locals to hang out, but not somewhere I’d add to your hit list when in Kelowna.

My husband and I had an amazing first visit here on Monday afternoon, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun! we had a wonderful server named Carrie- Ann that went above and beyond to make sure we had all we need with quick and efficent service with a smile, she was very friendly and helped us pick out our meals, she was funny and kind. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a server, she honestly made the afternoon for us. The food was soooo good, and made fresh and hot. We also found it very cool that copper offered a bunch of board games and old school nintendo at the booths! Very unique and a bonus they are kid friendly so families can come enjoy as well! Looking forward to visiting again soon 🙂
