Great low key pub. It is located right off Hwy 97 at the Best Western Hotel. Good place to watch sports on the big screen or play a game of pool. There is very good live music on Saturday. Not to loud which is nice. Very friendly atmosphere. Good basic pub food. Prices for food and drinks are fairly good especially the specials. They have a really good bartender and friendly staff. The main server/manager lady provided excellent customer service and made sure we provided great service. We had a birthday get together for eight people with a reserved table and it turned out very good.

This bar is attached to the Best Western Plus Kelowna hotel. One of the benefits of being a hotel guest is that we received coupons for a free drink - almost anything - and a 15% discount on food, both much appreciated. It's a typical sports bar: TV sets everywhere showing the football and hockey games. It also seems to be a bar used by the locals, not just hotel guests. It is not a place for a quiet drink but had a good atmosphere. Service was friendly and quick with the food, which was good value, arriving piping hot. My travelling companion and I can recommend the fish and chips!

I had the braised Beef ribs and it was the best meal that I have had since before Covid. My husband had the grilled salmon and it was delicious as well. The service was prompt and the waitress was attentive. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Kelowna.

Just wanted to put this review on as saw some awful reviews for this place but we had a great experience here. We reserved on a Saturday night and had great service and live music. The food was good too. The only reason for not having 5 stars is that the smores desert was cold and could have been warmed up. Came again the following evening to be greeted by attentive friendly waitress who couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend - Ignore the bad reviews!

The pub came highly recommended by some locals. Also staying at the connected hotel gives you %15 off food. We had burgers and fries and were very happy with our meals. The pub was very busy and crowded for a Wednesday night. i recommend it if you are into pub food.

Newly newly updated... 5 stars today!!! (Dec 8/21)... Spot on service tonight! Excellent food tonight! Music was best ever and unlike any other pub ever in past 10/11 years! Was bang on excellent with so many great songs played! I take extra special attention to this aspect! You nailed it, thanks! I never ever can say this typically! Especially for a full 2 hr stretch being somewhere. The GM, (if he can just learn to engage and just smile), will bring their ranking up to a 6 out of 5!, no kidding. I just cannot understand this still and it is not just him to blame here in Kelowna but so many in Kelowna cannot simply engage and cannot just smile! I do notice these things, mask on or not! I do see things and notice things more than others I guess as some other frequently visited guests tried to engage with him and just nothing back their way! But other than that...97 St Pub moved up tonight to a top notch place to visit. Right up there with Tonics and Central and Company and Train Stn.

first night in town, just need some food and a drink - staff was run off their feet; we assume our order was forgotten to be put into kitchen, which was fine - but don't make up stories and each person who came to apologize had a different story - that is what upset us. Everyone makes mistakes but don't lie. Food was good when it came, hot and hit the spot

We were staying at the hotel and came in on two occasions, once for drinks and once for lunch. The service here is incredibly friendly, the drinks are strong but not too strong, and the food was delicious.
Always have a good time and food and drinks are solid. We stopped by after golfing and had the loaded burger and bangers and mash. We also decided to have a wide variety of drinks which came out quickly and prepared very well. Price points were decent, lots of house made or local items on the menu, the location was clean, and our server was excellent. We would return again.

Saturday July 23 apx 730 pm. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. However, the server was not friendly at all, our water was completely empty twice and when we asked for more he never brought it, we had to ask yet again. We were not brought the correct utensils, had to ask waitress from another section. We were not impressed at all. If it wasn't for the excellent food we would likely never return when we are back.
