Decent spot. Nice location. Upstairs patio/deck was nice, albeit loud. Very much a nightclub noise level, even at supper time. Great selection of draft beer. Service was attentive. I had a teriyaki zen bowl with chicken. I loved my dish. My wife had the prosciutto arugula pizza. Unfortunately the entire pizza was so salty that it was inedible. This coming from two people who love salt more than the average person haha. the whole thing was just a salt bomb. Not sure if it was just an extra extra salty batch of prosciutto used, or if they sprinkled salt on the entire pie or what, but it was just 1 note. Salt. Even the crust was pure salt. Just destroyed a persons palette. Other than the pizza we enjoyed our evening.

Craft rooftop patio is an awesome place to catch the game especially when your server/bartender is Morgan! Don’t let this no-nonsense looking Blondie fool you, she’s the absolute best professional with a wicked sense of humour and provided an amazing experience for me and my slightly socially challenged buddy!! Thanks craft and Morgan! Y’all are rocking it!! 10/10!

Service was good as always. Had a good beer. Ordered the chicken burger 23$. The chicken was smaller than my kids nuggets. The bun was shriveled and sad. I told the server it was a sad burger. She was great and had it remade. They added a half piece of chicken to it. By the time it got back to me the bun was completely soggy it was a six bite burger. . Honestly I drove all the way down on a night without my kids for a little relaxation and I won’t be coming back. Not worth the 36$ the ketchup is right next to the burger for comparison. It was the size of a McDonald’s cheese burger.

Food was ok. Fries were too salty for my liking. HOWEVER, my issue was with the bathroom change table. It was slanted to the point where it was extremely unsafe to use. I literally had to lay paper towels on the bathroom floor to change my baby and then my toddler. Thankfully I had my own change pad to place over the paper towels. I threw the change pad in the garbage afterwards! Such a nasty experience which tainted my Kelowna trip. This is NOT ok. Do better!!!

We used to love coming here but after lunch today would not return. Server didn't bring 2 waters but remembered a diet coke. Did come check hoe the food was after delivered. The Mac and cheese tasted like butter and milk we ordered it with pulled pork which they forgot and brought out 5 minutes later. Pulled pork looked like slop and did not taste good at all. Overall not a good experience poor serves bad food.
