Serving a poutine this bad should be considered a federal crime in Canada. I ordered delivery at 8pm on Saturday. It took 45 minutes from ordering to actually being “cooked”, and I use that term loosely. Any restaurant that sends out food that the customer has to air fry to make edible should be ashamed of themselves.

Dining at Craft was an absolute delight. Our bartender, Austin, had great recommendations and provided exceptional service. Their $6 Burger, Beers, and Bubbles on Tuesday may be the best and most well price burger deal in the city. Thanks again to Cody for making our evening one to remember. I would say that going to Craft is essential for anyone visiting or living in Kelowna.

Came in late night with a coworker on Friday night, thought I missed my opportunity to get a drink but Cody and Enzo went out of there way, even in the midst of all their duties after a busy night, to let me have the time with my buddy after a long night. Will definitely continue to come here because of them.
Came in at midnight for the last few drinks of our night. Was pleasantly surprised by amazing service from both Enzo and Reed at the bar, and had a thoughtful interaction with the manager Cody checking in to make sure we were having a good night. Drinks were great, the people even better. Will be back very soon.
