Stopped here for a late night treat and the staff were so friendly. It’s very rare to see such enthusiasm and exceptional customer service in fast food.
Terrible service. My wife went in to get a cake on a Friday evening for Sunday. The worker told her they couldn’t take an order in the evening and she had to come back in the morning. So we went back to the store the next morning the person said we don’t take orders in store you have to do it online. I went over to the sign to do it online and the sign says do it on line or call the store. So I walked back to the counter and said am I supposed to call you. I’m right here? Then the manager comes out and says you can’t place an order online if you want the cake on the weekend. And I said my wife came in and they told us to come back he told me no one would ever say that. I asked if he thinks my wife is lying and he said yup.Complete failure of staff training. 3 staff all with different information on a simple task that do is famous for. Getting a cake.Worst experience at a DQ ever.We just want a cake for our son’s birthday.While I appreciate the response, the link goes to a home page for DQ with no emails or way to actually contact anyone....

This place is run by a living monster. Daniel is the manager and I've seen him kicking houseless people in the head while they sleep outside, assaulting his underage staff, and one time he got in my car and tried to drive away because I'd parked out of the lines!! He will belittle you and insult you if he deems you're inferior to him (usually women, homeless people, or young people). Beware!
We went from three Koreans.Our memories here are the best?Our angel sister who accepted our order was cute, lovely and kind.We fell in love with her kindness.And Daniel, whom we met as we were leaving the store, gave us the best memories of our time in Canada. It was really nice to meet him and I want to go there one more time before I go back to Korea ?DQ is the best~^^* ??

I ordered a peanut butter cup blizzard and they gave me like 4 pieces of peanut butter cups the rest was just white ice cream so I went back to have them remake it and the girl who made the blizzard again was great but the other girl was dancing like it meant nothing to her which pissed me off since she was obviously the one who messed up. She just wanted to show me how little I meant to her haha but really, you work at DQ girl, get a life or learn some people skills needed for your job.
