Got a cheeseburger with no burger ? Asked for a mist drink instead of a pop and they charged me $7.00 extra so my kiddos 9.00 meal was $16.00. 3 meals plus a burger less cheeseburger was $55.00. Outrageous prices ....

hidden gem of Glenmore. I just had the absolute best bacon cheeseburger for lunch today and I think it’s the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had. I paired it with a reese’s pieces cookie dough blizzard and lunch was amazing.

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with the service provided. Despite waiting for approximately 10 minutes for my order pickup, I received no assistance from any staff members. I attempted to seek help by calling out, but it seemed as though no one was available to assist me. This isn't the first time such an incident has occurred, as similar situations have happened on multiple occasions.
As a loyal customer, I value the quality of service provided by Dairy Queen. However, experiences like this one are disappointing and reflect poorly on the reputation of your establishment. I believe it's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction, and improvements in this area would greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons.
I sincerely hope that you will address this issue promptly and take steps to ensure that such occurrences are minimized in the future. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Had a pickup order on doordash that was 100% confirmed by the store. On arrival I was told the order was never received and the employees were rude and unpleasant to talk to since the beginning. The order was already paid for and I was not offered any sort of reimbursement or even an explanation. The guy with the beard has an attitude for no reason, of course from behind the window
I felt uncomfortable making my order and I didn't know why.... until I realized they didn't care!I requested NO SALT AND sauce on side. They gave me one out of 2.I noticed the cook positioned himself at drive through window and was staring at me while I ate. I didn't know why until I started eating my fries. He put salt on them!*I am sure he expected I was going to complain. But why bother you obviously don't care about listening to customers *?I didn't feel this was my best experience. Usually, when people ask for something, they get it. SOME PEOPLE can't EAT A TON OF SALT! so I always request none with one packet on the side to put my own on.It would be nice to be treated with the respect I deserve considering I'm a paying customer!?This happened at 2 pm today and only two guys were working. So I'm sure you can follow up to find out who this person is.* If I see him again, I'm walking out and not getting anything*Respect is earned through listening and following through with your customers' needs.

I was extremely disappointed in the look of this birthday cake. I paid $53 outrageous dollars for this 10"cake!!!! I was charged extra for the tiny center piece. The center piece should have been bigger. I thought it would have been big enough that it covered to the edge of the cake.This center piece was originally to have a picture inserted inside the frame. What a joke that would have been!! SO SMALL!!Extremely disappointed ?
