Gave me the most liquid possible Blizzard I've ever seen. Would not go here for ice cream, just comes already a liquid
Paid for a 6 piece. Got a 4.
Ordered a chicken strip meal, got to the window paid and proceeded to wait then realized and said “I forgot to mention I’d like honey mustard for my dipping sauce”
The guy hands me back the debit machine, I was confused and he said “you have to pay xtra”… I have never had to pay xtra for one dip to come with my strips. I paid anyways lol, and even said thank you when my meal was passed over.
I got the window slammed down on me. No thank you and have a nice day or anything.
When I got home which is a quick 5 min drive my food wasn’t even like warm. It was cold and gross. Will never ever go back.
Ps. If you’re going to come to Canada and buy up all our chains. Keep up with the standards we have.
Ordered through the app and arrived at the store 10 minutes later to be told that the order wasn't received. Showed online confirmation and credit card charge on my app. Said they didn't have it. Ended up having to redo the order. When I was told it was ready, both orders were there. ClearlyI told the staff I didn't want both orders since the 2nd one was a reorder. They pretty much told me too bad. After arguing with them for minutes they decided to refund one order. Prince refused to do a refund via original payment and would only give me cash. Filed a complaint with head office who referred me to the store owner. I can see where the shoddy and shady behaviors are learned. The owner was dismissive via email and blamed the app. Take some responsibility and train your staff properly. Lying to the customer about the app is not acceptable. Multimillion dollar companies don't release apps that don't work in 2025. This is clearly a store issue. As for the refund, it should be processed by original payment method.
I would advise all customers to avoid this location.
Went through the drive thru and the server. Told me to go ahead. Not how can I help you or what can I do for you or what can I get for you today Sir, instead, go ahead. Who says that in customer service? I felt so disrespected going through the drive through that.I did not even order because who addresses something like that. Is horrible customer service
Waited for 10 minutes and no one helped me to take an order and I saw 4 people working. Left cause that is not how you service anyone.
Messed up our order and blamed us. Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing there

Came in with a friend to order some food on a study break. I order my meal no problem, then the cashier pulls out his phone before my friend begins to order. This guy is staring at his phone the entire time, and only looks up to ask my friend to repeat his order. My friend waits a couple minutes before having to ask the cashier to give him his drink cup that he just paid for. Dismissive, rude and unprofessional behaviour. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and I’ve never seen customer service so poor.

Very friendly manager and the staff are nice. However it’s very understaffed and disorganized most of the time so orders usually take 15 or so minutes

We ate in. The service was friendly and accommodating. Our food was hot. Our order was accurate. The place was clean.
Went back a different time, and again, no complaints. So far, so good.

I generally love dairy queen food, but not from this location. I will drive the extra distance elsewhere for proper service. From start to finish this is their average transaction:
1. You pull up to the drive thru menu and they ask you to wait a minute.
2. After waiting, they just tell you to pull ahead, which makes it difficult to order.
3. Dont bother making requests for ingredients not to be included as even when you ask for it to their face they don't make it any different. You can see their drive thru queue through the window and when to expect mistakes.
4. Be careful ordering multiple of an item as asking for multiple orders of an item is apparently too confusing to understand, making customers come through the drive thru a second time to be frustrated again.
5. Once you've paid, its a 99% chance they're gonna make you pull to the side so their fulfillment time looks good to head office. In reality, you're waiting 5 minutes on a burger that will be so greasy the bottom bun is soaked.
6. Always ask for your receipt!! They don't include it in the bag unlike most other similar businesses.
Lake country is classy, staff are friendly and well dressed, I'll happily drive down the highway in rush hour to avoid this location anytime.

I come here a lot for late night treats! and It's always Prince serving me! He has always been so kind and such great service! He always gives my dogs treats, and my little extras too! Great service from everyone all around. Best Dairy Queen in Kelowna, and honestly anywhere i've been honestly. Food and blizzards are always perfection
Ordered chicken burgers and the buns were ice cold thought they are usually warm.The chicken didnt seem to be cooked it was so bad couldnt eat it..Never usually have a problem but this time the food was gross.
