Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I called ahead to ask if they had the DQ cupcakes, and the person on the phone confirmed that they did. When we got to the store and were pulling them out of the freezer, a worker came over and told us we couldn’t keep the freezer door open for long even though it had only been open for about 20 seconds.

Now it makes sense why. The cupcakes were not the actual DQ cupcakes, and they also were not 2 for $6 as expected. Instead of the cookie crumble fudge topping, they had red velvet pieces. It felt like the worker didn’t want us to notice that.

We are really disappointed with the experience.

Great ice cream, and especially Blizzards. BUT the pricing has made it more and more unlikely to visit as often as we would normally. Yes, I know, high prices everywhere, but spending $32 on 2 small and 1 medium blizzards and a peanut buster parfait is just too much.

I live closer to another DQ but order cakes from this location as they always nail the design, perfectly matching the icing to the image.

The last three times I've been there, the blizzards have been really melty and haven't been great quality. People who serve them are barely dumping them upside down

I ordered a birthday cake and it looked amazing! I let them pick colors for the icing and the writing and they did a great job! Totally happy with how the cake turned out. Especially since it was short notice. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst service in 65 years at any Dairy Queen anywhere. I ordered a pineapple milkshake and it was full of air bubbles . It also had black spots in it. They said Oh that’s Oreo. Is it? What the heck is it doing in my milk shake when I ordered a pineapple milkshake. I asked for something that wasn’t a blend of someone else’s drink and they said sorry we can’t help you you drank 1/2 of it. Wrong answer !!! Not only would I never ever enter this restaurant again I’m done with Dairy Queen after 65 years. By the way they said the air bubbles were caused by the paper straw. Sorry the bubbles were throughout! Terrible service. Terrible product and I won’t be back.

Waited for over 12 mins for 1 sandwich and regular fries!! Couldn't wait out front any longer as I had to get back to work, wasted 14$ and got nothing for it!! Will not be going back there!!

Smell inside of dairy queen like outhouse.

The employees seemed super annoyed when we ordered and while we grabbed our food. They were unfriendly and while ordering we asked for a takeout bag however when our food came up on a tray and we politely asked for a bag we got a big eye roll back. We love Dairy Queen however this experience was super disappointing.
