Look at how much room is in the cup in the bottom? never been given such a sad portion of ice cream in a sundae

Staff are extrememly slow and good is never fresh. This is one of the worst DQs I've been to. 30 minutes for a double cheese burger.

Hello! Best DQ place around, ice-creams always good and the staff help you find whatever your heard desires. All u need to do is name a flavor and they find the best treat! Shout out to best server ever Mehak! Never let's me down and always has a smile. 9.9/10, (just because of the wooden spoons) 😂

Rude and can’t tell the difference between smores and oreo…. Sad day when I got the wrong blizzard and all the staff do is hate😕

Probably the worst DQ I have been to in a while. Hands down the worst in kelowna.
I ordered 2 combos to go. It took 20 minutes to get the food I took a quick peek in the bag before leaving 2 burgers 2 fries. All good. When I got home I realized that I had 2 burgers but both were wrong. Didn't take off the things I didn't want and missed the mark on one completely. Paid for a triple flamethrower and got a single cheese burger. The place wasn't even busy only 3 other customers in the 20 minutes I was waiting.
Make sure you check you bag before you leave.
Also very rude employees they will speak Punjabi in front of customers.

Excellent Service and product. Our server, Zuki, at the location in Kelowna, BC, 3141 Lakeshore Rd. was great. The restaurant was clean and fresh and you could tell the staff really liked working there. We will return many more times.

Very good food and service

I visit this place with my friend to buy a birthday cake. We ask for custom cake . The lady made the custom cake in 10-15 min and made the same we asked for. She did a great job and this dairy queen has vast cake collection in designs as well.

Ordered worth 50 and the food quality was upto mark and the staff was working hard nd they got great location ….. overall it was a great visit

Came to get some chicken wraps, and ended up with salmonella in a tortilla instead. When we wasted gas bringing it back to show the cook and the cashier, we were met with the cashier (named Sukhman) smirking the entire time we were explaining our frustration about how sick this could get us. Then to top it all off, she told us “not to make a big deal about it”. Excuse me? The most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. Along with the cook who didn’t care at all that he made us wait 25 minutes for 3 under cooked chicken wraps.

Dont be rude to paying customers!!!

I am a fan of DQ but i really hope that guy behind the till gets training on customer service.
My family ordered some sundaes and a crunchin cookie blizzard. She asked for the dip to be added to the order.
When we asked for the order and confirmed if that was the blizzard coz we didnt see any dip with it, with no qualms and no smile, he said that that was our order.
You really had to ruin our Sunday, huh!
( u shouldn't be serving customers if u r having a bad day, and even if you r, suit up for the work! I worked customer service too, if u should know.)

The customer service at the Lakeshore Dairy Queen was terrible. The staff handling my concern were rude, dismissive and refused to assist me in resolving the issue. I will not be returning to this location and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Ordered said it would take 30 minutes called in they didn’t even get started with my order and told me there gonna have to be a while when I already had plans and couldn’t wait
