Only issue I have with this location is the blizzards are over saturated with blizzard treats then there is icecream. It's like they use as little ice cream as possible in there blizzards. It just gets goopy and gross and way too sweet. I'd prefer more icecream then filler especially with how much a blizzards costs. It's not just a one time occurrence it's happened every time I've ordered one for delivery.

I don’t come to this location anymore as the service and quality has drastically decreased since the ownership changed. They now charge higher prices here compared to other DQ locations in the city, too.One time, I ordered a Blizzard and a hot fudge sundae, both for take-out, and the employee made the hot fudge sundae then decided to start helping another customer at the till. As I waited for them to return (which took a noticeably long amount of time) to make my Blizzard, the sundae melted of course, while another employee just kept refilling ingredients on the side. It felt like such a lack of common sense and service.As well, they don’t honour gift cards anymore? Every time my family or I have tried to pay with a gift card, the employees say their machine is broken. It seems more like they don’t want to accept payment that was made prior to their ownership of the restaurant. Definitely shady.The formerly high standards of this business/location are clearly not being met, so I now go out of my way to the Gordon location instead (it’s worth the drive!).

I was surprised to open my 4pc chicken strips with large fries and gravy, only to discover a 5th piece of chicken hidden beneath. This very piece of chicken saved my life today, thank you DQ.

The girl working the till between 6:55-7:10 who took our order tonight Nov 16 2023 - we were the only people in the store- messed up both of our orders. Just one question- why would I order a cheeseburger with no cheese. So thanks for the meat, bread and pickles ?? My husband order a poutine and received a small fry. Just ridiculous. She clearly wanted to get back to talking to her friend in the kitchen -which we could hear from across the store. I go to the store at least once a week in the summertime and it’s never been this bad.

Had the smallest 6$ chorizo ice cream cone I've ever seen. Was slightly larger than McDonald's cone. The two East Indian women were more concerned about gossiping than making a decent cone. Never will I go here again!
