Every time I think “give them another chance” the service and accuracy ends up being worse.

Only 2 customers in the building (drive thru was closed without explanation just a milk crate blocking it) messed up his order twice and when I got home I found mine was missing items too.

Waited over 10 mins each while staff complained to each other how slow it was and messed around. Fountain pop machine out of ice as well. Avoid!

This is hands-down the best Dairy Queen location in Kelowna. The ice cream consistently tastes delicious and better than some of other DQ locations and I’m convinced it’s because they take the time to thoroughly clean their machines, and it really makes a difference in quality and flavour.
I have only ever had interactions with the staff in which they were friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ve become a regular, and every time I walk in (or drive-thru), I’m greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer.
Yes, the drive-thru can have wait times sometimes, but the restaurant inside can also be busy and take a few extra minutes but the staff work hard and try their best.

went there friday july 25 and stood at the counter for about 25 minutes with nobody serving me they all just rushing around for drive thru orders yet i originally was going to go thru the drive thru but saw it wasn’t moving at all. finally i said forget it it shouldn’t be an hour long endeavour to get a blizzard. hire more or hire capable.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit to the drive-thru. While placing my order, the staff members were laughing and chatting with each other in a language I didn’t understand. They continued doing this at the pickup window as well. It felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable, especially when it happened in the middle of giving and receiving my order. I understand and respect that people may speak different languages, but I believe it’s important to maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere when serving customers. This experience didn’t feel respectful or customer-focused.

Seems lately everytime I order blizzards from this restaurant they're half melted by the time I get them and leave the restaurant. This issues has been on going for the last few years and it's disappointing. 20$ for 2 large blizzards and they're melted by the time they're served to you. Fix the temperature for the machines. At this point it's practically a scam to get blizzards. I called in about the issue and they shrugged it off.. won't be coming back here anymore.
