Not sure if this review will matter or be seen that much as ppl just go to DQ anyways BUT this location is not very inviting! For so long it was drive thru ONLY and an inconvenience as I hate wasting fuel and today I wanted to use a couple of coupons that were expiring soon and as they do not last very long on their expiries and was told I could only use ONE coupon. I said ok, then two separate orders please and again just a no so I just drove through the drive thru and did not even order and I wasted my time going there! Terrible ownership, terrible management! The coupons are not even that great either but just wanted to use a couple up to save time! Oct 19/22, mid afternoon.

If you like old stale fries,and hamburgers that ooze mustard and ketchup everywhere this is your place. I think they should just stick to ice cream!

After losing the mini golf it was me who had to purchase the ice creams, this place exceeded my expectations and put a sugary smile on my face!!

It’s DQ. Sugar dairy burgers fries and always tasty.
I was given the wrong one and when I asked for the right one and offered to pay for the add on they fought with me on what I said and got passive aggressive. They both took my order back and I watched them talk about me in the back. Not impressed.

Attached to the orange Julius in the food court at Orchard Park Mall, this location basically serves ice cream treats off the DQ menu. Kids had some blizzards which they enjoyed. Price points are exorbitant.

While visiting Kelowna, this location of Orange Julius is a favourite of mine. I generally get the lite "strawberry and banana" drink because I don't want any extra added sugar and it's always very tasty. The staff have always seemed friendly and helpful. I like this particular Orange Julius location and I recommend it.
