Every other day I get someone who is blunt or seemingly in a foul mood while making and/or handing off my coffee to me. Buying your coffee at a premium price, tipping 20% or more every single time for a take out beverage, greeting and thanking your staff for everything that they do is seemingly not enough. I think more than one person working there needs customer service training. All paying customers deserve the same standard of service. Don't be selective.

Drinks were just ok. Matcha tastes like Starbucks matcha. Avocado toast was a rip off, it was more like a smear of avocado dip on a thin slice of bread. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, only if I was limited on options.

The drinks, like blueberry matcha and chocolate ganache, were amazing, as was their coffee. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly—much better than at other cafeterias. I strongly recommend it!

Coffee was fabulous but unfortunately they let people bring their (non service) dogs in and I watched a dog put its front paws all over the coffee counter. No one wiped the counter down after the dog was there. Then the dog came over and slobbered over me as the owner didn't have control of the rather large dog.
Sausage egg wrap BOMB. Iced latte YUP. AND music playlist 🫶🏻🤝😩🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻. Love me some gracie abrams and novo amor.
