Wow...... Very Expensive.... horrible service.... very unfriendly!! Won't be back !! Too many other great places for breakfast in Kelowna !!

You place an online order to wait 30 minutes for you to then cancel it EVERYTIME. No wonder your going under.. great food being destroyed by terrible management and ownership.. no wonder PNB salt and brick and diner deluxe are going under in kelowna.. can’t wait for a proper business to take over your locations… 0star rating should be an option here

Got there 5 minutes before opening, was able to get seated right away and within 30 minutes the place was almost full! And I totally understand why, The food was very good!!

Highly recommend not coming here if you don’t want to waste your entire morning waiting. We were visiting from out of town with a full day planned, but brunch ended up taking over two hours. Very disappointing experience — long wait just to get in, and then no one came to take our order until we asked twice, after which it still took 10 minutes. Once we finally ordered, the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive. Overall, very poor service and not worth the time.

Breakfast bowls are so good and filling here - made with healthy ingredients. Servers are kind, and there is free parking available which is good to know before you arrive

Came in today with my wife and ordered the standard breakfast (egg toast hash and bacon) we waited 40 minutes after ordering not seeing our server 1 time until they came up and asked us for our order again as she never brought it to the kitchen.. Very poor service I would not recommend eating here

I do not recommend. Service was extremly slow and not particularly friendly. It took about 45 minutes to receive our food after ordering, and the plates had clearly been sitting under a hot lamp for a while. The food tasted average, I think it would’ve tasted better if we had gotten it right after it was made. The music is quite loud which in turn brings up the volume of conversations, making for a noisy, chaotic atmosphere. Tables sat dirty for a long time while people stood waiting at the door. Perhaps they were understaffed, but overall, it was not a great experience.
