“Saw a Christmas movie in the upstairs cinema a couple of weeks ago. The environment is very cool - 3 rows of seating, each with a different setup (couches / tables / individual seats with footstools) - and you can order table service throughout the film. We had 2 issues: 1) the movie volume was crazy loud, which had our group plugging our ears for the action scenes, and 2) there was a private party being hosted in the restaurant section below, which was even louder. Throughout the entire movie we'd alternately hear - and FEEL through our seats - the bass coming up from below or the MC making another toast or announcement. It ruined the night. If you plan on checking out a film here, MAKE SURE you call ahead to see if there's something scheduled below that's going to interfere.“
