I preordered my pizza an hour and a half before the time I needed it so I could take it to a function. I had to wait 20 min past the time I ordered it to be delivered and the pizza was luke warm at best. When I complained to the driver, he said traffic was bad. They knew 11/2 hrs. before hand and should have taken that into consideration. Not happy that I had to pay full price.
