We ordered a couple of pizzas for our family. One of the pizzas that was delivered was wrong. Mistakes happen - no worries. We called, no apologies, but they sent another replacement pizza. When that pizza eventually arrived, it was the wrong pizza again. We now have two of the same pizza, and we’re still missing the original pizza. Someone in our family has dietary restrictions and cannot eat the pizzas that were delivered. We ended up ordering from a different store for that person. I’d hope that when one mistake happens, staff might double check that the replacement is correct. Not impressed

Aww....what happened to this place! This was our go to Dominoes as we couldn't find any other place that makes great pizza in Kelowna. Now there are none. We haven't ordered in awhile, so we ordered our usual for pickup. It used to be very fresh, with gooey cheese that would drip when you ate it. Not this time. The meat on it was very dry. The crust seemed old, and I ordered extra cheese and another additional cheddar cheese, and there was basically maybe a couple of tablespoons of cheese on it. For over 30 dollars for a medium pizza, come on!! Won't order again from here. It used to be good, but must have new workers or owners, cuz the quality is gone.

As always, and continuously this store delivers everything, everyone expects for whatever price point they’re into. I usually rock the “frugal“ side of things. But everything I get is consistent, good and the service is always with a smile. Or at least laughing at one of my bad jokes. Thank youl.

Although our pizza was sent out the door with the delivery driver by mistake, the guys discovered it right away, threw a fresh one together and had it baking right away. When the original pizza returned minutes later, the guys added the free pizza to our order and apologized for their mistake. Great service and great attitudes from all the team.
On top of that, the food was really great this time!

You guys have a driver making you look bad. I think he's in an explorer, with an Infowars bumper sticker, pretty easy to find out who. I've seen him drive like an idiot before, but today at benvoulin and KLO around 4:18pm he popped up over the curb and drove half in the bike lane and half on the grass shoulder to bypass traffic including a school bus when he wanted to turn right. Not a good look.
This location took an oath of making my pizza wrong. Asked for a well done pizza however it was not well done. Also found ham or bacon chunks and we are not into red meat at all. And thank you for $10 credit, please put it towards a homeless if anybody shows up. Never ever going back to this location again!! Never ever

It was the baseball game and they were slammed in the store but they were all happy and working well together and getting the pizzas out so fast
