Donair Dude / Scoopville Ice Cream

Very poor customer service. Will never go there again. Accused of something that we never did. Said that they have us money out of the till seven months ago.. Not us . Just handed us money they said .poorly handled served us then the waitress accused us as we walked out the door . Never going there again . Wouldn't even answer her phone.

This place has the best donair un town, its a must try!

Paid for a large Donair and all they did was double wrap it with more PITA.... This does not equal the same thing but good luck trying to explain that. Taste was sub par at best after I ripped the expensive outer pita off of it. If I left it on, it was awful... With extra breading

Honestly why call it Donair Dude? Tried this place looking for an actual Donair and got a Pita Pit rip off. Their idea of a large is putting a pita inside another pita, instead of making it bigger in any good way its way too much dry pita wrapped around dry beef that's sitting in a steam table. Super disappointed.

I used to be a huge advocate but after today I won't be going back. I understand with rising costs business owners have to pass on the increases but I feel there's outright gouging going on now. Charge for everything now..It used to be just for cheese...Unfortunately for both me and DD they've permanenetly lost me as a customer.

Place is not what the reviews say. I think most are fake reviews by bots.

Sim and The other lady staff was very nice. The restaurant was very clean and their washroom was clean. Was upsold a parmesan fries . Very friendly and even came to the dining area to ask how we are doing.

I tried the lamb wrap at Donair Dude, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were bold and spicy, and the lamb was perfectly tender. A must-try for anyone who loves flavorful wraps!

Thought I would try a new donair place. The reviews seemed good. Ordered a regular chicken donair and the amount of meat on it was next to nothing. The amount
of chicken was the size of an ice cream scoop. All I could taste was veggies and sauce. The veggies were fresh at least. But overall very disappointing. I will not be going back.
