We are always treated so well here. The service is impeccable. You won’t find nicer staff. They are hustling in there and rarely take time off. The food is delicious, consistent and fresh. If you had a poor experience, I encourage you to try again. Everyone has off days. Or not, more room for me! ❤️
I don't know why some call this the best sushi place. I ordered LA roll which was 12.50$. For that money I got 8 tiny rolls, with the poorest cream cheese amount I've ever seen. It was tasteless. Also I took ramen. Which was pretty poor, not creamy and the meat was dry. By the way when I asked a bit more of ginger I only got the standard amount of it which was still not enough. It had 7 little slices for 8 rolls. I don't know what to say here. Overall was ok but they have room to grow

The food, the service, the price, everything was amazing. Mayumi(I hope that's her name) was absolutely wonderful. Very patient, kind and caring in her service. The unique takoyaki was the best I have ever had, loved the crunchy exterior and soft inside(better than even the ones I ate in japan) all the sushi and tempura were great.

I ordered online and it is by far the worst quality food I’ve eaten in Kelowna I had 3 bites and I had to stop I don’t ever leave reviews but this made me so sick trying to eat. I wish I could get my money back

The people there were very nice, though the food tasted cheap. The salmon in the salmon roll smelt, fishy, but not the good kind and almost fake. But again, very nice people and the place was pretty busy when i walked in. Might recommend a sit in as opposed to take out, which is what I got.
