I ordered some pizzas for a family gathering and placed my order in advance but apparently it still wasn't enough time to get my order ready! I showed up at the pick up time and they only had 3 of the 5 pizzas ready and after getting home, 3 of the pizzas were not fully cooked and one was missing beef! This is the last time I'm ordering from this place it used to be good but now everytime I go here it's a disappointment. Terrible service and bad pizza not worth the money.

We decided to order for pick up on our way into town from just outside Vernon. On hold for 30 minutes, hearing that they are open on Mondays from 11:30 to 8:00. Heard this announce roughly every 30 seconds. My partner called the downtown location and the manager said they must be really busy so we decided to drop in and get a pizza. Pulled in the parking lot to find a sign on the door saying they were closed today, July 31st. Any chance you could change your phone message to reflect that? I understand that staffing can be problematic these days but changing an answering machine is not that difficult.

We were mortified to witness the young man who worked behind the counter ring up an order and then we saw him go into the kitchen, did not wash his hands NOR did he put on gloves. Pulled out all the toppings and made the pizza, NO GLOVES. The most unsanitary thing I have ever seen. Will never eat there again.

DYI DunnEnzies Pizza Chef's.Ordered the Sing Sing today. Crust was a sopping mess. Don't know what went wrong today, but first time I ordered was great. I have enjoyed your pizza may times. This one however, was very disappointing.

Bought this pizza for years, won’t again. Don’t bother paying for custom orders, they forget to do it.We payed for custom changes to pizzas a few times that seemed to not happen but it was long enough between we thought it was a fluke, or that maybe we were wrong. Last time we ordered you could absolutely tell they forgot the additional toppings, and since it had happened before we called. The guy was not concerned at all and just said sorry, hopefully doesn’t happen again, even though we said it had happened multiple times. Pretty terrible customer service.
