I just came to this location for lunch. Great service. I got a side of tater tots and a few fell to the ground. I wasn't worried about it - the girl behind the counter offered to remake a few, I declined as I was in a rush and I was on my way out. I thought her acknowledgement of them falling and her wanting to replace was very nice and a great touch. Then (the owner?/manager?) stopped me and gave me a cookie 😅 I was absolutely not expecting anything for a few fallen taters. So I appreciated that they were so concerned! Overall a happy visit.
08/21 update. Just too inconsistent. Portions across the board are all smaller than when I started going in 2021. I’ve literally ordered a regular and a double meat sandwich and gotten 2 identical sandwiches. How can you increase prices and change from using chicken breast to thighs at the same time. Been here over 100 times. Won’t be coming here anymore.
I love this place and it’s really good but like 20% of the time they literally give you soup not sandwich. Honestly with how much I come here I bet there’s just like one dude back there that doesn’t understand how much sauce to use. Like great restaurants would give it 5/5 but sometimes soup instead of sandwich. Today was soup so 3/5
