As someone who has spent a lot of time in France. This place is legit!
I spoke with the owner afterwards, she was trained by a French chef. Attention to detail is present with all aspects. she even has a special roast coffee that is blended perfectly to pair with the food choices she offers.
I don't give 5- Stars often. She deserves it!

Wow, just wow. I didn't think I'd ever find a good gluten free crepe, but low and behold, Empire Crepe exists. I've tried many different crepes with all different types of batter and they all have had a gritty texture or a taste that was starkly gluten free. Not Empire Crepe. Next time I drive through Kelowna (or anywhere nearby) I will make sure that Empire Crepe is one of the stops I make!

My first time visiting Empire Crepe and I definitely will now be a regular. We had two different savory crepes and one sweet and all were absolutely fantastic. All high quality ingredients and home made. Gluten-free and vegetarian options. With the food and decor, you are transported to a wonderful European cafe in downtown Kelowna. The owner, Brandy, is as talented as she is friendly. We had a taste of the homemade salted caramel and it was to die for. Monthly live jazz on Sundays so hope to catch it next time. Highly recommend.

This is a very special place. Very different from most cafes and restaurants. It feels like you've stepped into one of the best cafes in Europe. The design, the atmosphere, the friendly owner who has thought of every detail. Absolutely stunning, delicious crepes with a variety of fillings. The tomato basil soup made right on the spot simply stole my heart. We went with family: two adults and two kids, and the kids really enjoyed it—they ate everything with great pleasure. It might seem like nothing special—just a family lunch out on weekend—but it's moments like these that make up a happy life. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved stopping here on our trip from Saskatchewan. We were looking for a crepe place the whole trip and this one definitely did not disappoint. We ended up going back again with a total of 7 crepes in 2 days???. The owner was amazing and super helpful at giving us some awesome suggestions for places to go in the city. Will 100% go back one day!

I absolutely loved their crepes. The crepe skin was thin and crispy. I highly recommend to order the salted caramel crepe; it will blow your mind! For savoury options, I like the piggy in the garden and the traditional crepe.
