Had an issue with a tenderloin but server corrected it ASAP not that it a was her fault but the kitchen ,once the new one came it was outstanding as was everything else. We will definitely be back plus recommend it to freinds.

Special coffees are not their forte. We each ordered a special coffee. An Irish coffee - whiskey and coffee - looked like it had cream in it - possibly whip cream that had melted into the coffee - and a B52 coffee which is typically Grand Marnier, Bailey's and Kahlua ( or substitutes). This coffee didn't taste like any of those liqueurs and wasn't “cream colored” like you would expect if there was Baileys in it. Again, fat bubbles from melted whip cream - not warm. Maybe a good stir would have helped but no cutlery was left on the table. Very disappointing for drinks that took a very long time to arrive and clearly were not worth the $14.50 price tag. I sent the B52 coffee back and asked for a regular coffee and she brought an Americano -which is espresso. And was charged $4 for that. The end of an otherwise great birthday dinner for my husband left a bad impression of the restaurant.

Erica Jane might just be the best restaurant in Kelowna. Six of us gathered there for a pre-Christmas celebration, and every single dish was a masterpiece — beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. My husband couldn't get enough of the oysters (fresh, large, and brimming with flavor) and even ordered a second round! He followed that with mussels & frites, while I started with a crisp Caesar salad before diving into the star of the night: Sablefish Risotto. West Coast line-caught, with crispy skin, delicata squash, brussels slaw, and a touch of crème fraîche... it was perfection on a plate.

Server appeared overworked and not particularly interested in our experience. One dish was only lukewarm Background music was quite loud and difficult to have a nice conversation. Food presentation was very nice, but flavors were only average. Overall appeared overpriced.

We had our staff Christmas party here. Our server was amazing. Super attentive, very knowledgeable regarding wine pairings, friendly and funny. Loved the beautiful decor and the lighting was lovely. Bathrooms were amazing! Highly recommend for your special night out.

Very disappointed. Advised on the app that it was a birthday dinner. They had is seated in a corner booth directly beside the kitchen window. They quickly moved us to a table for two. My wife had chosen this for her special occasion because of the publicity it had received. The server was friendly enough but somewhat inattentive. Walk by our table a couple of times when my wife's wineglass was empty as was my beer glass. Finally had to call him over and then it took far too long for it to come after we had ordered the second round of drinks. We had the lobster linguine and unfortunately my wife's was lukewarm at best. The service was less than we had expected and I'm not sure we will return.
We felt the music did not match the beautiful ambience of the elegant restaurant. Dinner jazz type music would have been so much better than loud pop music We were there at 5:30 and I was so tempted to ask the waiter to change the music as there were only about six customers at that time. In my opinion the manager made a poor choice of music. The food was delicious and my husband's birthday dinner was a big success all in all. Thank you for making it special

Was a pleasant surprised when we arrived just in time for Happy Hour! The service, food, ambiance was great as we celebrated our first anniversary 🥰 Will definitely be back!

We were celebrating the birth of our granddaughter and chose Erica Jane because we had enjoyed our last visit. This was our third time dining here, and we truly are not complainers, but unfortunately this was our worst experience. We ordered the prime rib, and the cut we received was extremely fatty and sinewy. It was difficult to cut, and I was only able to eat a small portion. Out of the 12 oz serving, I would estimate that 4–5 oz were pure fat, which didn't feel worth the price. We also ordered the sautéed mushrooms, which we usually enjoy when dining out, but these tasted as though they were cooked in vinegar. Even dipping them in the au jus didn't help. My husband ended up eating most of them so they wouldn't go to waste. The wine was excellent, but overall we left disappointed. Our bill came to $325 with tip, and based on this visit, I'm not sure we'll be returning.
