We came here for our one-year anniversary and left very disappointed. The food was slow, overpriced, and honestly very mediocre, something I could easily make at home, with no standout flavors.
My husband ordered the filet mignon, which strangely came out cut in half into two pieces, leaving him pretty surprised. Based on the ratings and popularity, we expected so much better.
Check out the 6 oysters charged for 26 plus taxes.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the hype, and my husband ended up apologizing to me at the end of our night.

Another Kelowna disappointment. High-ish end prices but they must have hired all their cooks from Kelly O’s for the food is not prepared by an actual chef as it should be for those prices.

Fairly mediocre for the cost. Service was slow, and I found the staff uninviting. It was our 1 year wedding anniversary and although it was advertised that we would get free bubbly, we weren’t offered. The food was good, however it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t eat here again if I was the one choosing.

Went here for my husband & I’s wedding anniversary. We had two or three servers? Not sure because no one introduced themselves by name or as our server. Believed the one server started our table but then finished shift without letting us know, we assumed this because we saw her at the bar having what looked like a post shift drink. At the end of our meal we overheard a couple behind us get offered a complimentary anniversary bubbly, which was not offered to us so that was disappointing. No one actually acknowledged our anniversary at all except for the hostess who walked us in. We both got the prime rib, food was good & good value for the prime rib Sunday special. That salvaged our experience despite the service.

Had the most lovely experience at Erica Jane. Birthday dinner with my family. Jackson, our server, was beyond great. He made the whole experience wonderful. He guided us through the menu and gave us his recommendations. He was spot on all the time to refill our water glasses, wine glasses, etc. Great service is hard to find these days and Jackson was so great. And the food was absolutely delicious. We will be back.
Best upscale dining spot in Kelowna. Amazing atmosphere, great food and cocktails, amazing staff!

Wow, I ordered a burger even though I wanted the beef tartare server talked me into the other one, such a disappointment. I don't know how many times I asked the manager to come and help out at our table. Absolutely ridiculous.
