Welcoming team. After a lovely summer afternoon stroll, we enjoyed our gelato (runny and light, not creamy and heavy) and the affogato. We sat outside on the walkway terrace with our dog, and they also offer a refreshing bowl of water for furry friends.

The only downside for me was the paper dishes and no ceramic options. It might be more efficient for the business, but it is not eco-friendly or stylish for me.

They don't welcome you until you say hello and when they do, it's with zero enthusiasm. This place is still great, the staff are the ones who set the tone and lately it hasn't been too pleasant.

Legit best pistachio gelato in Kelowna since QB closed. A must try! They don’t make the gelato in house but I was assured by the kind staff it is made locally, and it’s delicious.
