I would say the space is cozy, price is reasonable for a boba shop you could dine in
But the flavor of the tea is not rich

Higher price than what on menu in store. Bad attitude and no explanation. Feel really uncomfortable with the service. And thank you for your explanation. That’s interesting. Charging more than the displayed price is a form of misleading representation, and I’m absolutely within my rights to question it. Thank you.

Ordered on Uber eats, a green apple black tea with pearls. The drinks didn't look that appealing but it tasted so good! A strongly brewed black tea and a nice hint of apple flavour. The pearls were also at the right amount of chew.

Even though i'm from Vancouver and we have so many options for bubble tea on every block, I think Formosa Tea is a hit on my list for Kelowna!

Can't wait to have it again on my next trip.

I’ve been coming to Formosa for many years now and every time it’s a wonderful experience, Andy and his staff are extremely kind and a delight to talk with, they always take great care in making their drinks delicious.
My favorite bubble tea place in all of BC, anytime I go through Kelowna I always make sure to stop by.

Best boba café in the Okanagan! I have been to every place in the valley and have had bubble tea all over the world, including Xing Fu Tang in the heart of Taipei. Formosa does a great representation. This is coming from an addict with a high turnover punch card and the owner remembers my name lol.

Lots of flavours and toppings to choose from. Love that you can get real tea and fruit mixes on top of the powdered flavours! Coffee and hot boba drinks are available as well for those colder months.

I have been going here for a decade now and they are consistent with quality and quantity. Always a generous amount of toppings each and every time.

Ample seating for a get together for your club, to play the board games provided, or to work and study. Formosa also has a range of
ready-made savoury and sweet treats to accompany your drink. We ordered a whole cake from them as well—a mango cream—and it was so delicious and packed with fruit! Not too sweet and provided something different than your usual special occasion cake.

Washrooms and facilities are kept clean and tidy. Fun selection of merch as well, including drink slings and takeaway teas!

Still the best bubble tea anywhere. Customized drinks with real fruits, organic tea, and coffee. Sit down or take it to go.

The boba was overcooked and mushy, lacking the chewy texture I expect. My milk tea tasted watered-down, with barely any flavor. The service was slow despite an empty shop. The place felt unclean, with sticky tables and a floor that needed sweeping. Overpriced for the quality, and I won’t be back.

Delicious teas, however the wait...20 minutes for 3 teas was not ok. I've been coming for years, but it seems the service has gotten slower and slower. It wasn't busy, and they were talking to each other instead of making teas.

Helpful, courteous and friendly service. Interesting selection of drinks, especially bubble tea. Would I go far out of my way, probably not, but if I'm in the area I'd definitely stop in.

I’ve been here a few times, and every time they give us great quality drinks ! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I’ve been few babble tea shop in Kelowna but Formosa is the best. I like Taro with lychee jelly and tapioca,that’s my favorite!
