I have been coming to this place since it showed up in this area. The servers are always nice, and I never get bored of the selection of items they provide. Would recommend this place to everyone wanting to try something new with a calm atmosphere.

Love their large selection of teas and cute cafe. They put a lot of care and effort into making their drinks (for example even squeeze fresh lemon juice). Definitely a nice treat. Iced wintermelon lemon green tea is the best!

Always good service. The people are kind and make sure they get your order right. My go to order is a either a cream strawberry, vanilla, or banana xtra sweet with no tapioca pearls and add popping lychee if it’s strawberry.

I've never had a bad drink from this place, and I try to get something new every time! I got a slice of their crème brulee cheesecake and it was literally the best cheesecake I've ever had!! Service is great, they're really nice and helpful and work very fast!

My favourite bubble tea place in all of Kelowna! Both their locations (here and Harvey ave) are fantastic. The service is top notch and the teas are authentic and well made.If you're looking to satisfy your bubble tea craving, this is the place to go.

It took 3 employees 15 mins to pour me a chai latte.... Not sure what the issue was, but $10 chai tea isn't worth that kind of wait... Chai had no foam too. The Starbucks here was
