Amazing food I got a recommendation from the staff for a chicken bowl and it was probably one of the best chicken bowl I’ve had, very clean place. Food was amazing. Portions were very good as well. Would definitely recommend stopping by here.

I tried the mixed berry smoothie and didn't like it. It didn't have enough sugar in it and was very bitter. I am not coming back here again.

My first visit here wasn’t great—the kale Caesar was overdressed, overloaded with hot quinoa, and missing the kale I was craving. I left disappointed and didn’t plan to return.
But the team invited me back, and I’m glad they did. I tried the Fiesta bowl this time and it was fresh, flavourful, and exactly what I’d hoped for.
The smoothie I ordered - the strawberry banana - was the best I have ever had.
The service was amazing—warm, genuine, and attentive. It was clear they took the feedback seriously and cared about turning things around.
Mistakes happen—it’s how you respond that matters. That kind of accountability builds loyalty.

Ordered a Greek salad with chicken and for the extra cost of chicken added...it was like a teaspoon of shredded chicken, wilted lettuce, and serving was small made for a child...save your money and make it yourself for the price they want for a tiny portion.

It's great to be able to create your own bowl, especially when you have food restrictions like me. They are generous with choices of toppings and dressing or sauces. Everything looked so fresh and tasted great, except the lettuce had been frozen, so limp and unedible. That was disappointing, but I'll go again.

I just ordered the new cawliflower bowl and the butternut squash was raw and harder than a carrot. I called in and told them and she said ok, thank you and hung up 🤷♀️. I hope everyone else butternut squash is cooked ✅.

I visited at freshii near landmark with my family yesterday and we tried cauliflower soup and custom bowls it was so tasty . There are many healthier options too so i would strongly recommend if someone is looking for for healthy and delicious food .

horrible customer service, i orders freshii for delivery on the app waited 90 minutes didn't hear anything about mi delivery so i called and they said oh no one came to pick it up, thats your problem not mine all they offered was i could drive over to get it thats helpful not i clearly ordered delivery cause i cant pick it up its been 3days and still no refund since they cancelled my order cause they couldn’t find a delivery person definitely don’t order delivery from this freshii
