My wife and I are regular patrons of this store. We love especially Pangoa bowl with chicken and quinoa instead of rice. Very friendly and helpful staff particularly Ms. Nav who will go an extra mile to help us with the menu and other meal options. More power to Freshii Kelowna.

Amazing food I got a recommendation from the staff for a chicken bowl and it was probably one of the best chicken bowl I’ve had, very clean place. Food was amazing. Portions were very good as well. Would definitely recommend stopping by here.

My first visit here wasn’t great—the kale Caesar was overdressed, overloaded with hot quinoa, and missing the kale I was craving. I left disappointed and didn’t plan to return.
But the team invited me back, and I’m glad they did. I tried the Fiesta bowl this time and it was fresh, flavourful, and exactly what I’d hoped for.
The smoothie I ordered - the strawberry banana - was the best I have ever had.
The service was amazing—warm, genuine, and attentive. It was clear they took the feedback seriously and cared about turning things around.
Mistakes happen—it’s how you respond that matters. That kind of accountability builds loyalty.
Ordered a Greek salad with chicken and for the extra cost of chicken added...it was like a teaspoon of shredded chicken, wilted lettuce, and serving was small made for a child...save your money and make it yourself for the price they want for a tiny portion.

It's great to be able to create your own bowl, especially when you have food restrictions like me. They are generous with choices of toppings and dressing or sauces. Everything looked so fresh and tasted great, except the lettuce had been frozen, so limp and unedible. That was disappointing, but I'll go again.
