I tried to eat lunch here around 1pm today. it's genuinely surprising how horrible the service was. there were 2 women working there. they were both incredibly rude, had absolutely no energy and made everything seem like a hassle. I ordered 1 medium pizza and it took over 25 minutes for them to make, considering they had barely any costumer or orders. I had a terrible experince and recommend no body to come here.

Went today around 2pm. Service was very bad - the guy was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting his conversation with the other employee. And to make it worse, the slices I got were cold. I don’t just mean they weren’t hot and fresh - I mean they were actually cold. Normally I’d have brought it back and given them a chance to correct the issue instead of just posting a negative review, but the service was so poor that I wasn’t about to go back to the counter.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Freshslice Pizza! I had an issue with an order I placed online and the Manager fixed it promptly and was very accommodating. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me. The food was excellent as well. I highly recommend this location!

Ordered 4 pizzas via uber eats when they had a buy one get one deal on....safe to say they were the most skimpy pizzas I've ever seen in my life, much of the pizzas had nothing but cheese, the thinness of the slices is INSANE, like it looked less than thin crust usually is but I didn't order thin crust, they weren't even pinky thick - like maybe as thick as a thick sheet of bedding!It's like they split the already small amount of ingredients on a single pizza and spread them on two pizzas to capitalize on making you think you were getting a good deal at all.The taste was mediocre, similar to a convienence store pizza, edible sure but not really tasty in any sense?I don't recommend this chain anymore, I used to order years ago and liked it but they have absolutely gone downhill in all ways in terms of the skimpiness of the toppings and quality of the toppings too, the chicken is like something you'd find in a cheap salad, cubed. Not worth the money even with a BOGO deal.

I paid for a slice of pizza, normally it’s bussing!! However, today was a different friggin story!! My slice was in the shape of an L litterally a corner peice these guys are friggin stingy!!

I use Freshslice for all my work events mainly because they are open 2hrs earlier than other places but I gladly go back because of the service I have received. I use this location and the Burnaby location often and I'll continue to do so. Thanks !
