Poor customer service!!

Last weekend on saturday we were in kelowna.Never have I had a food like garcha bros,was delicious.The guy was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome,I think his name is simran (wearing a nice black turban).Thanks to that guy for the wonderful care given to us. Forever repeat customers!

Decent selection, and conveniently located just off the main road.

Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with one of their employees (wear turban) few days ago. Me and my brother had noticed this kind of behaviour before also but we kinda ignored but that was our last visit to your business. Their are many other place that are happy to take my business and offers better price and service.

Today came in morning the guys at the counter helped me, mandeep and the other with turban and specs. Really appreciate them for great customer service, had never disappointed me whenever i came to buy meat. Must visit the place.

Great Customer service done by Simran, he was very friendly and welcoming. Great spot to grab best chicken in town. Either cooked or not. Highly recommended.

Best place for finest fresh Chicken and Goat meat.
Fresh cuts are good to make south Indian curries and trusted place for me.
They have lots of other meat options and felt like well maintained and good staff.

One of my favorite restraunts

They have no respect for customer . As we were having a party and we came to the shop at 8:59 pm . The guy closed the door when we was about to open it . He saw us and still without asking he closed the door such a disrespect of a customer . ( Nhi kam karke raji ta hatt jna chahida )

We went to shop to buy chicken it’s about 8:59 we are about to open the door , door handles are in my hand and the guy locked a door on our face . That’s really disrespectful and rude . It could be handled in better way .
