Had chicken from here a lot of times and it is always the best i come all the way from west Kelowna to here just to get the food i like and it always is good however the staff isn't very corporative and friendly and this time i went there they were super rude and not very accommodating and didn't even reply to my question

Went here to buy lamb and asked to get it cut but they cleaned the machine almost 3 HOURS PRIOR TO CLOSING. We were there at 620pm… So disappointing. Worker there was nice but definitely not cool for a meat shop…

Worst service and uncourteous place, I was probably one of the big customers but the treatment was horrific. Stay away from this place there are better places with better quality of food. With a purchase of over 800$ it would be the last time I buy from them. Food quality was also very poor.. Stay away

My allergies are very unpredictable due to lupus and I just love that their chicken options don’t have the allergens I am sensitive to. They also listened to me intently the first time I ordered and made sure they prepped as I asked. They’re my go-to resto for chicken cravings now??
