The food was so good and all the staff were extremely friendly! I love the ambiance too and definitely go again
The food wasn't that great. The service was worse! We weren't asked how our meal was, and I had to go up to the bar to pay. Don't recommend
Arthur was a great server, I was really impressed with how he kept up in a very hectic environment, and organized our large group's seperate bills. He was also very friendly:)
Brunch was good, service was slow though.
Wasn’t even busy in there, the server guy was slow and not really paying attention. Had to ask for cutlery, condiments and walk up to bar to pay. The girl behind the bar this morning was hustling, doing his work, so kudos to her.
The food was terrible. Kids poutine undercooked. The Cioppino was 3 mussels (one with an empty shell) and 3 overcooked shrimp with tomato broth for $43. They did discount it by 25%. The burrata was the basically like cottage cheese for $36. No discount. The bread with olive oil and balsamic was like dipping crackers and $12. Discount by 25%: The server was nice but truly feel the discount did not really reflect how much we were charged for almost inedible food. There is a reason this place is empty on a Friday night during Spring break. Avoid!!!
It was a great restaurant last year, menu has changed with limited selection and the meals overpriced. Service was slow and inattentive. I would look elsewhere next time
Still one of the better eateries on the mountain. We had brunch there and the prices were ok and the food good. I have to apologize for messing up when paying the bill; I gave them $0.15 instead of 15%. The waitress was very gracious about it so made sure to go back for their open mic night to make up for it.
Our family of 7 had an incredible experience here. The food, service, and atmosphere were all incredible. Ensure you make a reservation as this place is very busy, however despite other reviews we did not experience long wait times for service, drinks, or food. I would definitely go here again and recommend to anyone else.
The place has really went downhill. Not much to say other than that.
Edit- the previous owner would never respond to reviews the way Ross does. Will never go here again. Their “pizza night” is a sad scam. Bold of you to assume I’ve only been in the off season.

Jo is the most amazing employee! We came here for a bachelorette party and they were the only restaurant open. She was not only accommodating for us but she gave us the best service possible and was nothing but smiles the entire time. We appreciate Jo and the Globe so much for making it such a memorable experience.

Booked a table for 11 here towards the end of the season; admittedly this was on the back end of a festival but most of the menu items weren’t available. After ordered from the limited menu we had to reorder as some of these items also weren’t in stock. We waited around 50 mins for our starter bread (3 slices for $10, absolute steal) and items were brought out over 20 mins. Our server explained that some of the items would be discounted - upon receiving the bill, none of these were and had a pre grat on. Go to Sam’s (great pub food and service and a seemingly organised kitchen).

Our group of 4 dined here on the Friday of Altitunes. The food was unbelievable! We order a couple items twice because they were so good (the spiced nuts and patatas bravas). We ordered about 6 other small plates and apertivos to share and a few of my favourites were: the grilled broccolini, roasted carrots, prosciutto, and marinated feta. The wine list was good as well, a decent amount to choose from. It started to get busy after the concert had ended but our server still kept an eye on us which was appreciated. We will definitely be back in the future!

Had a nightcap and appetizer after the Altitunes outdoor concert. The manager greeted us effusively and lead us to the bar where the bartender chatted with us and made special cocktails with a lot of care and actually asked for feedback.Only had potato brava which is fried potato with aoli sauce. Crispy skin and savoury sauce. The food server also chatted with us. The service was best at Big White .Have been there prior for live music.

The pizza was ok, the tuna was not worth it at all but the arugula salad was delicious!
