I had the chicken souvlaki, I found it tender and flavourful. They had a lovely sauce on the plate with Roasted potatoes, a couple little pita and steamed vegetables . I enjoyed it.

The manager had never heard of open table!! Couldn't deal with my reservation. Others just walking in to grab my reserved bar seating. Understaffed. They know CMH Heli skiiers flood the place every Friday night and should be prepared! No clue . Food just Ok

Every time we've visited the Gulfstream restaurant at Four Points Sheraton, we've left feeling incredibly satisfied with the food, service, and atmosphere. The time our family hosted a birthday meal with over 20 people, we were all tended to promptly and warmly with every accommodation met. Popping in for a quick bite on business trips is always worth our while with the food being so delicious for a very reasonable price and filling portions.
Tonight, however, stood out to us most. Upon arriving to our reservation, we are ushered in so very kindly, like a friend welcoming you into their home. Arriving at our table, my husband quickly realized his tall frame didn't work well with the seats and we were graciously given a very comfortable and roomy booth. Our server, Martini, made the most wonderful reccomendations for our food and drinks. Her pleasant demeanor was so soothing and set a lovely tone for our evening meal, helping turn dinner into an unplanned date night. One standout example would be when I reached the end of my 3 courses, we discovered that the dessert I'd selected was out for the evening and she not only comped it but went out of her way to supply 2 additional desserts to us! What a treat!
Meals and interactions like the one we had tonight turn restaurants like Gulfstream into regular spots for those like us who appreciate good food and service on a deeper level. Thank you for being such lovely hosts and thank you to the kitchen, too š

Exceptional customer service. From start to finish, this was such a positive and memorable experience. I was truly touched by the kindness and care shown by everyone during our visit. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict, and when I took my first bite, I noticed that while the salmon was meant to be cool, the eggs and sauce were cooler than expected. When I mentioned this to our waitress, she immediately apologized with such sincerity and took my plate back to have it remade. I honestly felt bad saying anything, but the way it was handled made all the difference.
Shortly after, the manager came over to personally apologize and check in with us. Her approach was genuine, warm, and thoughtful, and it was clear she truly wanted us to have a great experience. That intention came through in every interaction. The new plate was absolutely perfect, and I would also love to extend a thank you to the cook for such a delicious meal, even though I did not get the chance to say so in person.
The entire team went above and beyond, from the waitstaff to the manager and kitchen. If only more restaurants treated their guests with this level of care and respect. They have truly set the bar high. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. And as a lovely bonus, the coffee was excellent too. Highly recommend.

Our table was located in a busy isle for food transport to the bar area. Was constantly being used by wait-staff. Would have preferred a quieter location. Food and service was good.

Really great service from our server. Very accommodating and attentive. The Chef Selection was a great combination and really good value for the portions for all 3 courses. Will be back again. Beef tenderloin kabob was not as tender as I had hoped but still enjoyable. Truffle fries were great. Presentation was nice with Caesar salad. Would highly recommend to our friends for an elevated meal.
We fly out of Kelowna regularly and often stay at Four Points/Hampton Suites for early morning flights. Gulfstream is ideally located for dinner drinks the night before. The staff, environment etcā¦are fantastic. However, this is the 3rd time we have been very disappointed with the food. Last night I finally had to say something. Last visit we ordered āSteak Fritesā. They came deep fried battered. it doesnāt say anything about that on the menu. Misleading but I left it alone. Last night my wife and I ordered a āSirloinā steak with mashed potatoesā¦.figured canāt really go wrong with that. What we were served was a flat iron āStriploin grilling steakāā¦.about as cheap a piece of meat you can buy with potatoe chunks (not remotely close mashed potatoes). The menu description in this case is just a straight up lie. Our server was excellent as well as the manager in addressing the situation however nothing can be done at the end of the day with the false menu advertising. Not their fault at all in my opinion. Iām not sure who is running the show or is in charge of food orders matching the menu but I feel bad for the wait staff/manager being put in the situation to have to deal with customer disappointment. No way I am the only one to complain. Do better.

The young waiter that served us was great. I have never before given a bad review. I ordered Wagyu steak that was delicious if you could chew through it. I left 1/2 the steak and a few mouthfuls that I couldnāt chew through, on the plate. Informed the waiter, who informed the chef, who offered no apologies or anything to correct the situation. My wife very much enjoyed the ribs.
