Our server was excellent, we celebrated a couple birthdays and it was very enjoyable. The food is always great!!
Located inside the 4 Points by Sheraton, this gem of a restaurant is spectacular. Came here for breakfast and everything was so fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. They found out we were pressed for time and made sure to get our orders in right away. The food came very quickly. Would recommend 100%

I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a meal this disappointing. We ordered the ribs and the Caesar salad, and from the very first bite, it was clear nothing coming out of that kitchen had been fresh for a long time.
The ribs tasted like they had been sitting around for hours, drenched in a harsh, vinegar-heavy sauce that made them downright unpleasant. The baked potato wasn’t any better—overly salty, stale, and clearly not fresh. The Caesar salad arrived uncut, topped with a piece of bread so stale you could smell it before it even hit the table. Absolutely unappetizing.
And the coleslaw? I’ve never seen anything like it. It wasn’t dressed properly at all, just coated in sugar, making it completely inedible.
As if the food weren’t bad enough, the service somehow managed to be worse. Our server came over with the enthusiasm of someone forced to be there. No personality, no warmth, and no effort to make the experience pleasant. Just a sour attitude to match the sour ribs.
We’re frequent travelers and restaurant-goers, and I can guarantee we will never return. Why would we? Stale bread, vinegar-soaked ribs, sugary coleslaw, and service that makes you feel like a burden. This place needs a serious wake-up call, because nothing about tonight’s visit was acceptable.

This restaurant is a true gem. No kidding, we travel a lot both for work and leisure, and I can tell - they deliver an above and beyond experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menu options consist of a good variety of appetizers, main courses and drinks, and the service is great. Love the ambiance as well, relaxed, laid back and chill enough to enjoy the time spent there. People care about what they do here and I appreciated my week at Four points while spoiling the gourmand part of me at Gulfstream. Well done folks!

Excellent choices for Happy Hour and it goes until 6:00. Restaurant much quieter than bar.
Michelle was a great server, very attentive even though the place was packed for the Blue Jays games. We had her as our server for three nights in a row and always had a smile and took the time to make us feel welcome. Thanks Michelle 💖

While the food is excellent and the cooking is top notch. The follow up service is lacking severely. I’ve ordered take out on numerous occasions and every time the order is wrong, items are missing. You need to inspect everything. For example, the fish and chips. It comes with coleslaw salad. They “forget” to put it in the order. Even though you’re paying for that! And if you get a coleslaw salad, is there dressing on it or are you just getting dry shredded cabbage? Best to check. Tartar sauce, ketchup? Utensils? You better believe you need to do an inspection of your order before you leave the restaurant or guaranteed something will be missing or messed up with your order! If staff wonder why no tips, this is why.

Had our Thanksgiving meal here. Soup was delicious to start. Turkey and all the fixings were good, but maybe a bit too much meat, stuffing and potatoes. Would have liked more veggies. The pumpkin pie for dessert was lackluster, like a mass-produced pie.

Food was excellent as was service once hostess came to desk. It was very busy, probably folks from Happy Hour. Parking was free if vehicle registered at desk - easy to do by yoursef.
Thanksgiving dinner pre-fixe and pre-set menu. All the fixings, and presented beautifully. Fresh seasonal vegetables cooked perfectly. We would return. Service was excellent. We will be back to tfor the Sunday prime rib....
It was great both late lunch and late dinner. Nice price point, a variety of food options and great service. Really nice addition to hotel for the hungry and thirsty traveler. Had a tasty Mexican soup for lunch and tasty bison lasagna at dinner with a BC local red!
One of the most enjoyable meals during our entire Okanagan travels! We ate at some of the best known places with better views but none with the quality and value of Gulstream! The menu is diverse, beers are terrific and the service is exceptional!
This was average. Seemed a bit understaffed and food was good, ok. Hotel quality restaurant with patio in the parking lot.
