Called 5 times over the course of 30 minutes on a Monday 6:30-7:00 and they never picked up the phone. Based on the amount of rings on the last two calls it seemed like they were intentionally ignored (maybe too busy and didn’t want to deal with another order? Idk) regardless, very annoying, will likely never give them my business again just on principal.

I recently ordered a pizza. through Uber Eats, and I have to say, the pizza was outstanding—delicious and high-quality with great flavor.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with the Uber Eats delivery. The driver never delivered our food and just left. However, when we contacted the restaurant, the manager was incredibly helpful and promptly sent us another pizza at no charge.
This level of customer service really impressed us. I highly recommend ordering directly from Halfmoon pizzeria instead of using Uber Eats to ensure a better experience.
Overall, a fantastic meal and exceptional service!

Extremely dissatisfied with recent experience. The pizza was cold by the time it arrived, and the crust was tough and chewy. The staff was unhelpful when I raised the issue, and the customer service was almost nonexistent. For the hype, I expected much better, but unfortunately, it was a waste of money. Definitely won’t recommend it.
I am from Vernon! Tried this place for the first time. Loved their pizza, customer service was great. One of the best Butter Chicken pizza ever had! Prices are reasonable. Thanks for the great experience.

Recently moved to kelowna and find this store. All there staff is friendly and food is great. Tried pesto chicken pizza the dough was crispy and fresh. It's a 10 on 10 store. Will definitely order again.
