Got scammed by this restaurant. Ordered 2 bowls of Pho and paid $49. Asked the owner to justify the amount to which she insisted its correct as I added extra tripe for one of the orders which was an extra $8?? Not to mention, the pho base had insane amount of seasoning and ginger too which just doesn't go well. Putting this aside, ultimately I'm just incredibly ashamed of my own people for the lack of honesty and integrity in running a business. This isn't Vietnam, it's Canada.

Hi I'm a long time customer I get no answer on the phone or call back from messages I'm wondering when you guys will reopen thanks been too long well its re opened and needless to say there service sucks foods extremely over priced still half decent unless you ask for cooked steak in your soup and get raw than speak up about it and basically told to ask for cooked next time hello I mentioned it twice actually but thanks

Expensive pho. It was almost 20 dollars per bowl. The taste was ok and the portion was normal. It was more expensive than in Vancouver.

I agree with the other reviews. Fantastic food, but horrendous service.Cons:1) it took 10 mins to get our menus. There were only 2 other tables (2 people at each table)2) A group of 6 with only 2 sets of utensils. No napkins. After asking, we finally got them half way through our meal.3) 6 people with 5 glasses of water.. we had to ask for a 6th. He came with refills often which was nice4) Issues with our order, but we were sick of calling them over every 2 mins to do it right. (Ex: no satay sauce. Asked for extra fish sauce twice, before we just went up to get it ourselves.No bowls to split the pho between our 5 and 6 year old, so we asked a few times too.5) We left a $5 tip on a fairly big order... And their response was "that's it?! It should at least be 10%". It was a very generous tip for the service.Pros:1) Pineapple fried rice2) amazing chicken wings3) curry chicken with rice with so good (Indonesian/Malaysian style)4) Pho was really goodOnly visit if you have patience..

I always get 46 chicken w. rice & green tea. Super fast, very helpfull, best quality and they don't just throw it on a plate, the presentation is excellent. I don't even try other places anymore for Asian food.Parking: Near the old Costco

Excellent house special and chicken pho and gyoza. Even though the place was full, our food arrived super-quick and hit all the notes! We also really like the green tea - hot and flavourful with notes of popcorn. Super satisfying and priced fairly. We will be back!

Firstly we were informed that we would automatically be charged a %20 tip because we are a family of 6. Ridiculous !Service was not good & food was just ok.Over priced as well.The whole thing was a disappointment ?

The servers kept coming around asking if we were ready to order when we told them multiple times we weren’t and our group wasn’t even fully there yet. Also first thing when we got to our table the didn’t ask us how are day was or anything they just straight away told us we had to pay a group tip for our table number. Also while ordering the server seemed very smug and kind of rude. I asked if they had a spicy California role (which is just spicy mayo added on top of the roll) and rudely told me they didn’t have it, didn’t give options of what I could’ve ordered instead, nothing.
